Leon's Furniture / delivery and customer service
I ordered two futons in Dec-18 and they said they will deliver on 3rd or 4th Jan-19 from order to date (10th Jan-19) no one contact me about my order.
So I tried to contact to local store she said she have no idea about my delivery because system is not capable to find my futon is available in warehouse or not. She said just wait and then says ok can I talk to your manager she says he is not available but she leaves message to him so he will call back but I am still waiting to someone call back to me.
I already email to [protected]@leons but no response.
So at all my observation is that sales man are on commission and they are more focused on their target's and commission income when they trying to sell to customers once you paid your order then they didn't care about customers because sales targets done and sales commission added to sales man payslip.
Now come to customers service department they even didn't now how to talk and how to handle situations and their priorities.
My recommendation is that switch to other compatitore to get batter servies.
