Kentucky Fried Chicken / totally bad service

Hi this is the second time inside 1 year that i've had to turn around at car service and go somewhere else unbeleiveable the intercome still after almost one year still works really bad the girl inside can't hear and neither can I hardely I waited a good 5 minutes before she asked for my order and then I drove to wicked she asked me what I wanted and what was my problem after I had to knock on window after waited again about another 5 or 6 minutes this kun. Should be shut down instead of mocking people and waisting time I am 62 years old and have never experienced any thing so bad in all my life I am so mad I am having trouble to write this email chezpaupaul@yahoo.com thank you

    I sat outside for 15 minutes waiting to put an order in. The lady at the intercom kept telling me it would be a minute before they could take my order, I think they was just some kids playing around and goofing off in there.This was the kfc at marshall mo. and ive had problems there before, like having to wait for them to fry the chicken. I think this needs to be checked into before you lose a lot of custormires. Love the chicken, but don't like to wait that long for ordering.
