9/12/07 Stopped at the so.Everett #8307 JIB for a supreme breakfast sandwich. A gal who had been cooking with gloves on, came to the register and waited on customers, handling money with gloves on, then turned and continued handling and serving food with the same gloves. Will not go there again if this is their normal practice.

Went to a jack in the box near my job i ordered 3 egg rolls opened the box and it was drenched in oil
- took a bite and i had nothing but oil in my mouth
- i would like a refund horrible service

Half of there employees are high or on the phone never taking care of the customer making aure everythins is good in store

Super excited to see this on the menu. Ran to my near by location and couldn't wait to try it.

YUCK! Chicken was dry with a horrible batter. Better rethink your recipe Jack!

I literally sat in the drive thru line on a Saturday afternoon for 33 minutes just to get to the window and then they tell me they have no unsweetened tea, the drink I ordered. I finally got my food and had cold soggy fries along with a drink I did not even want. There was no apology for how long it took or any kind of condolence.

I was skipped over for service
With no apology. Another consumer & I were in line for 10 minutes before we got serviced. I asked the manager what was the hold up, she said, drive through came first. The customer service was horrible & that's not fair if I was there first. The reason was not a valid one.

I ordered a number 7(unlimate bacon cheeseburger) I received a burger with half a piece of bacon on it, called and they said they can't do anything about it. Also I am almost positive it's only because it was close to closing time and the crew didn't want to make some more bacon. Super disappointed in there service.

On 10/24/2018 at 8:37pm - Waited 40 minutes until I approached employees about food that they had not started on. I asked for a refund but they did not know to process. Reached out to manager but they have not refunded my money or tried to resolve this matter.

This product is terrible. The pattie is nothing more than a regular hamburger pattie. The final product looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE UR PICTURE! Ur food use to be good and now terrible.

The manager for Colton in colton on valley boulevard did not care I got sick from food refused to give me refund and hung up on me 2 times I think her name was lupita or something like that she was Mexican though worst service ever

I have been trying to get ahold of someone by phone that will listen to our complaint about them accusing me Of lying about My order and jacklisten doesn't Work, the manager On duty did not take me seriously and At 60 years old I don't have time to play games, I am angry and don't know WHO to call

Yes want to make a complaint on a employee name Stephan palacios location new brunfuls in San Antonio tx has been stealing cash food and supply's on months Aug Sep Oct cameras can be reviewed and inventory this is bad business panter and bad ideal fir a assistant manager for the company please review as I am a long term consumer thank you

They forgot my chicken sandwich and I talked to the manager Dolores and said she would replace it n when I came in she didn't even care and didn't get my food or anything terrible customer Service so unprofessional I don't know how se even the manager I will never COME BACK TO THIS JACK EVER AGAIN

I ordered something extra on the horrible ribeye burger, was charged extra and got home and it wasn't there. This happens continuously at the Texas City store. Ur store has become a terrible place for food and service.

I ordered a sandwich and taco from the jack in the box by csuf and the lady took it as the meal and a taco and so I told her to refund me and she gave me 2 dollars and walked away. She was rude and had me in an awkward position. I just wanted a refund and a correct order. I don't mind paying for my order just paying for the right order

Always rude, lines always backed up, cold food. My breakfast sandwich was hard as rocks. Didn't even answer the phone so that I could speak to someone.

I bought these coupons online and they refused to accept them. At the restaurant on 40th street in San Bernardino and they would not give me a reason why.

I pulled up to the drive thru jack in the box on cooper st .. I know this location is open 24/7 and I got no response from the drive thru. So if your sales are low it's because employees are NOT taking orders

Everytime I go to Jack In The Box on Rufe Snow in Watauga Texas to order a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl they seem to never have rice, Your commercial says you have bowls great where the hell is your rice?

Ordered 21$ worht of food. 14 tacos with no lettuce and extra cheese, a number 2 burger meat and cheese only and 2 drinks. Not only did it take 30+ min with no one in line, they gave me the wrong burger with everything on it, and the tacos were only 10 with lettuce and no cheese. When i called them they said sorry and hung up on me

I went in today ask for a combo. Jumbo cheese burger with bacon, when I opened the burger when I was about to eat it there was no cheese and no bacon and I got charged for it. I would like for a reimbursement or get another meal.

The egg on the breakfast supreme was GREEN and the person argue that it was fresh. Every time I go to this jack in the box in Houston, on Walter Rd the Food is BAD, PLEASE HAVE SOME ONE TO COME AND CHECK THE FOOD AND CLEAN INVIROMENT

I gave my order and received someone else's.
Went back to tell them and recieved the order I asked for but it was so sloppy, it was nothing but a huge mess I couldnt even hold together. I was incredibly upset with the food product and the employee who handed it back.
