Jack In The Box national cheeseburger day

This regards the promotion for yesterday September 18th: National Cheeseburger Day.My intention was to take advantage of the promotion being: Make a purchase of any menu item and get a free hamburger of 10 different varieties. This would be achieved by using the Jack In The Box app at all participating restaurants. The manager at this restaurant location being El Camino Real at the intersection of Calderon in Mountain View, CA. He should have been fully informed of this promotion and failed to abide by my request.Therefore in order to appease my disappointment the Corporate office should send me coupon to my email or regular mail to my home address.My email address is: [protected]@yahoo.com. Jack In The Box big chicken sandwich

We went to this Jack in the box tonight and asked for $3.99 big chicken sandwich combo. But cashier said they don't sell $3.99, their price is $4.99? I am attached my receipt for you to review. Also the stranger thing is other location they have adds on the window with $3.99 price but this location their add only with pictures but no price on it...

Jack In The Box blatantly rude

I order a meal and asked what type of drinks are offered. I was told there are a lot. I asked again what type. I was told there were a lot and then the person yelled "Oh my god!"

This location was on SE Powell and 9ty avenue in Portland, Oregon, United States of America.

These workers were blatantly rude for no reason except they did not want to talk.

Jack In The Box the cashier was very rude.

We got at the location at 8:30pm on 2727 Wheatland road in Dallas Texas 75237. We were placing our order my husband ordered first than my son then me and last my daughter. Once we were going to sit down we noticed that all the chair were up on top of the tables and we put down the first one so we can sit down and be ready to eat when the order is ready. Then the cashier (Jeniffer) yelled my husband not to put the chairs down because she was going to mop . So my husband asked r u guys still or not open? She answered mad yes but i already start cleaning and we asked at what time you close and she said 9. so what are u complaining if we still have 30 minutes ? She was mad the next time we noticed that our order was served in bags like they do not want us to stay in the dinning room and we asked why was in bags ? Her responded was cause we are saving the trays . This is very stupid responded . I do not recommend this place. Very bad service.

Jack In The Box the tacos are never done

I'm a regular customer and me and my husband but the tacos and they are never done at all. I told the manager she does nothing about it.thank you.they should do more about the food in mesa az.there is always homeless people outside the management should walk outside more.we want our money back or new tacos and make sure they are done. And a another they worry about the other customers and that is not right. When I was there first. Thank you.

Jack In The Box I am complaining about poor service and quality of food

During our visit to Nashville we decided to go to the Jack in the box on McGavock Pike . The Dining area was already closed when we pulled up so we went thru the drive thru. When we pulled up our order was already sitting on the counter and we continued to wait several minutes until the girl at the window finally made our drinks. At that point everything was already cold and when we got back to the hotel we discovered some of the food was wrong and some was missing.After waiting 40 minutes, not only was our food cold but our order was wrong. I ordered a buttery Jack classic burger with large curly fries and Diet Coke. The burger I received had jalapeños and some kind of orange sauce and I didn't get any curly fries. My wife also ordered the buttery jack classic burger with regular fries but she received a jr. jumbo jack burger. When I called to complain, the girl on the phone said she wasn't there when we went thru and hung up. I will post as many negative reviews as I possibly can to as many reviews sites I can find. Poor quality food, horrible customer service and excessive wait time at the drive thru.

Jack In The Box customer service

Just went to store number 189 in Pomona, California, I ordered through the drive thru I was told to wait in front of the store and they would take our food. The manager took our food and I told him that he forgot out waters and he said you are going to have to come get them your self I am very busy. So rude and unprofessional conduct for a manager not happy at all with that customer service

Jack In The Box order incomplete

About 10:44 pm my girl myself and a friend came throigh the drive through for a late snack. We ordered a large oreo shake anda munchie meal. It was suppose to consist of a stack cheese burger fries drink 2 tacos...shake was fine, soda was good but after 2 miles throjgh town on friday night we realized not only was the sandwitch cold but the two tacos were missing..we drove back to be accused of lying...now im mad...after reviewing the man realized his mistake and rudly only made the order right...we asked for fresh burger and fries and due to tje food had gone cold and he declined rudely th satisfy your customers on his error...we are NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE AT JACK N THE BOX FREMONT BLVD AND WASHINGTON FREMONT CA. We will certainly not be returning.

Jack In The Box nobody waited on me

On 8/27 around 9 I went into Jack in the Box to place an order I stood in the lobby for 25 minutes no one asked me if they could help me no one waited on me I finally ended up leaving this is uncalled for there was two other people in the lobby also nobody bothered to ask any of us if we could be helped I finally had to get back in my car and go through the drive-through to get waited on something needs to be done or I'm going to take my business someplace else I usually stop by here every night after work I work 12 hours a day this is the only place open this late at night but from now on I'll find it someplace else or just do without

Jack In The Box worker

At 232pm I went thru drive thru at jack in the box on daly and pasadena ave and ur worker has a bad attitude was rude also I told him he should learn how to work with people cuz treating customers like that is very unprofessional I asked his name and he said Juan with a cocky attitude he didn't get my order right and told me to go around again I ordered a large fruit punch and a large cup of ice and 2 hamburger patties I didn't get hamburger patties on first order had to go back thru drive thru to pick up patties he told me I was short Both times first time a dollar the second time same thing I told him the coin was a quarter dollar and said first time I gave u a quarter dollar so u overcharged me he said I know u gave me one first time which I doubt cuz I paid a dollar extra he said I was short

Jack In The Box product/ service

Around 8:00am I went to this jack n the box location just to get a quick bite to eat, I ordered two chicken sandwiches off your value menu. I Then went to the restroom to wash my hands I noticed right when I came out my food was already there ready to go.
I then thought wow that's fast went back to my car grabbed one of the sandwiches, and noticed one it's not hot and two the patty was rock hard as if it's been sitting under a heat lamp since the previous night.
I went back in and politely asked for two fresh ones didn't make a fuss or a scene I just wanted two brand new sandwiches, I noticed as they got done and handed me the bag they all stared at me in a weird way.
As if they hoped i wouldn't notice what they did which was in fact they just taking the Patty's off the bread and dropping them back in the oil, now you may ask how do I know this for a fact .
When I pressed my finger on the patty #1 it wasn't hot at all and #2 grease leaked from the chicken patty as I pressed my finger on it, this is contamination and could have well gotten me sick if I had not spit the first bite out . I went back returned the sandwiches and got my money back now I know reading this and your like fine case closed, no as an employee who works at a fast food chain who's big on cleanliness and food hazards and only serves fresh products.
I'd expect from other fast food chain locations to do the same but I cannot say the same for this one. Something needs to be done about them doing that because that could get someone very sick and potentially cause death and you guys being left witch a huge lawsuit.

On Tuesday 11/5/2019 at 2:38 P.M. I went through the drive-thru at 1115 Airport Park Blvd in Ukiah Ca. [protected] JIB#3469 Employee C. I ordered the chicken strip meal and requested "extra crispy chicken" and also ordered the "curly fries" with the meal.. The receipt shows 1 Crsp Chk 4 #13 small curly fry small Dr. Pepper.
When I received my order the fries and chicken strips were cold.. Not extra crispy or even hot.. What I received were the left over strips and curly fries from the lunch rush. I did not have time to return to complain and had to go without something to eat due to the poor quality of the food I was served at this restaurant.

Jack In The Box did not get service

to whom it may concern
i like jack in the box
but today i was not able to get service i drive dump truck and can not go though drive thew i always get off to get me breakfast its suppose to open 6 am got there at 630 am
doors were still lock so i walk to the drive thew and ask for the 2 for four special
the only bald headed guy working there said i have drive thew was not about to drive the big truck thew the drive thew i have gone to other jack in the box and was served
walking up to drive thew with no problem but today had bad no service and no breakfast this happen at 410 and starcrest in San Antonio Tx. hope you get this message and teach him good customer service thank you p.s he did see the dump truck [protected]@yahoo.com p.s

Jack In The Box chicken sandwich

I asked him for a chicken sandwich and it has bacon in it..when I realized it has something else in it.. I asked the guy Cesar about it and he said it's bacon.. and I asked him.. I ordered chicken and why they added bacon in it.. so he said.. this is how it is.. it comes with bacon and didn't even exchange
Or refund me.. he was a kid but not trained.. Will never visit jack in the box again..

Jack In The Box I am complaining about the customer service

We were ordering our food and the person taking our order had an attitude from the start. Then when my husband got tired of hearing her yell at him he yelled back and that's when she refused to take our order. We pulled up to the window where she aggressively opened the window and the first things out of her mouth were "you can't talk to me like that!" Then he told her "why not? You were yelling at me first, it's ok for you to yell but I can't?! Then she proceeded to yell at him and told him that she didn't take our order and wouldn't be taking our order. Then she slammed the window and walked away. My husband honked to get her to come back and when she did she yelled at him "what drink do you want?!" Then my husband asked her for her managers number and she ripped up some receipt and gave it to us. The employee name on the recipes says Rochelle but the name that she gave us was Mary! I'm just tired of having this lady have an attitude anytime we pull up to order. If she's rude to us she's obviously rude to other people and I don't understand why she has a job in customer service when she clearly can't handle it. I am really upset because this isn't the first incident with this person and I want something done!

Jack In The Box spicy chicken strips with very sharp bone!

Hello,
Today I ordered some Spicy Chicken strips at our local Jack in the box drive thru. I was shocked to find on one of them. I am only bring this to your attention because it is obviously dangerous! It actually inflicted pain on me due to the fact the bone got stuck between my teeth(Gap). I sure was not expecting any sharp, broken bones in a chicken strip and did not try to finish eating it. I tried to show what happened in
some pictures- attached!
I included a few pictures and the receipt. You may want to investigate this further to prevent any other potentially harmful accidents.

Please keep me posted on this incident, or if I need to contact the restaurant as well.

Jack In The Box not proper signs

We visited store #4372 in Oakhurst Ca on 08/13/19. Being a customer for over 45 years and a former restaurant manager, I was shocked to see home made colorful signage facing me on the menu area that should be in view of employees only! These signs refer to being better at customer service, that's great, but now I feel like I was at a Mom & Pop restaurant. This is totally inappropriate! Please investigate. Thank You

Jack In The Box making food for free for customers and unfair stuff

I do my job and make the food that is on the screen that customers order and then when they don't get all there food that they order when they I get told to make something else that wasn't on the screen to give it away for free that the customer/customers didn't order on drive thru and then I tell the employees that I can make it and they keep on harassing me to make it and I get Agitated and then they say I started screaming and I know I didn't that is wrong and then I get in trouble for getting food away after the fact and then the DM says if there is a customer complaint I am gone that is wrong to and then they also have me scheduled to work 11 or 12 hour sheet on Sundays and I did not agree to this either.

Then the DM won’t hire anyone that has family working here but she will hire her family members and second shift don’t do what they are suppose to and then if third shift has to do double their job and if we don’t we get yelled at

Jack In The Box cleanliness of restaurant, improper

I was recently there cleaning and was told to clean the drains up, in the very front one there were several maggots in it. The place hadn't been cleaned until I got there and a few others joined in to clean as well some. I was promised a promotion I never received. I stayed several hours over my shift and came in to cover others who would not come in or called out. There had been an affair between an employee and the manager whom both are married. I don't know how these things are overlooked. The specific restaurant had an entire crew walk out at once due to the upper management not treating employees right. They expect people to train themselves only reprimanded when something is done wrong but never told how to do it right in the 1st place. I came in during all of this and ended up doing a lot more work than I should have. I was cleaning because health inspection was coming & there were tons of violations they made things look like they were in proper working condition when that was not the case. They have several areas that still have never been cleaned like behind the small refrigerators, and inside them. They seem to have pets and pick and choose who to discipline and who to promote. The ones promoted are the ones who spend several hours in the office while the other employees are busy working with a short crew. It's pretty sad that I was the one who helped clean that place made sure the bugs in dining room were not seen and pulled out drains w maggots yet never promoted because I dont believe in infidelity. Whatever though the truth will surface and they wont find another me I worked hard and long hours I was loyal when they didnt deserve it. I went beyond my jobs duties they lost out not me. I know what it's about and I'm sorry I dont sleep my way to the top. All they do is smoke weed and hook up from the manager to the most recent hire. They will end up going outta business with the managers in charge so might want to inquire about the Anacortes Wa store

Jack In The Box I am complaining about food and service

i stopped into jack in the box at 1145 w university dr in mesa az . and alma took my order for 6 taco and a medium drink . i am only complaning to make service better . she gave me a cup that a different customer left on the counter that was useing the bathroom . i did ask for a differnt one . smart my me wow. butt i got food fast about the time i got my drink filled . and no sause she thew some in bag for me ok. butt first taco was cold and not heated . i ate it i was starved i felt other ones they were also cold . i looked over and other guy maybee manger was watching me eat . so i asumed he made food i was so pissed that he was watching me eat cold taco i threw them away and left knowing that he knew what he gave me made me mad . i am a white male about 45 years old i came into store and was polite and non judgemental butt was treated to cold tacos and bad customer service when i saw other same race family get hot food out of the drive thew .
