I applied loan top up request through netbanking offer on 4 jan however no one is taking follow up.
When I called to customer care loan department then they told me your RM is aardhav take the number and ask about concern. But he has been already forwarded my request to Gurgaon zone and now he is not response back or picking call. And customer care is not provided any update they are requesting yo call aardha however he is not pick up the call.
Seriously, I hve irritated wid all this.
I was thinking, this is home bank, they will process quickly as this is top up offer. But I think, other bank option would be best.
