Hi, My name is John Perry Last night about nine I visited Store # 10276 with my wife We are four months new to this neighborhood like Always we were greeted with a smile, a hello, , a hand of help and awesome experience from Your employees
Genuine respect and kindness!
I Purchased a total of #22 items, receipt #[protected]-7763 Everything went Great I caught an awesome labour day sale Family dollar had going, I saved 5 bucks on that order from My Family Dollar coupon App lol! However as usual After getting home and going over my Goods #2 of the items I purchased in hopes to add to a gift basket for my baby girl birthday next week this one is special to me cause I won't be there
One of the items I requested a deduction of was a damaged box of what I thought was incomplete of just bottles and only had sand bags inside but it just had some food and trash wrapper inside the Sand Art kit for $1.25 the regular price is $3.25 The #2 Item is the fairy charms Creative kids set at Regular price $5 i realized The work station it contains is mostly the box so I thought no deal I'll go back when Family dollar opens on today I tried to return them the cashier who was there today was rude To me every time I come there to both me and my wife she Opened the boxes in my face and said no I should wait for The manager to come that's who has the last say but when my Wife called to speak to the other manager This woman hung up on her and she may have gotten a bit of lip the 2 time my wife call I humbly apologize to you but everyday for 4 months i come in hoping to avoid her cause NOBODY in the store treat ppl like that That woman is disrespectful not only to customer but she is disrespectful to her Position as a employee Of family dollar this is the 3rd time why is she allowed to treat customers that way? she makes her co-workers follow us and we hear her LOUD saying to watch us and follow us last time she just made Mario follow us and he just apologizes red in the face, all we come to do is buy things for our family, not to be harassed by employees My wife is pregnant, we live Directly by the store and I purchase literally mostly everything We need there frequently not once have this happened on a simple return all I ask is that she is tooken care off accordingly, and that my wife and I not continue to be treated like this by Her again and that a return be made back to me in the amount I paid I don't mind if it's store credit or cash I just asked that it be fair?
