Family Dollar review: Manager harassing employee and refused refund

The manager (Ms. RENEE) that usually works at 9203 Lee Springs Road Pine Bluff, Ar , has recently been covering another Family Dollar located at 5316 Dollarway Road Pine Bluff Arkansas, was being very rude and disrespectful to an off the clock employee (Kaitlyn Shelton/Chambers) in front of customers and myself. I don't remember everything that was said but you can always watch the tape. I was also told of another incident where she should be on camera telling customers some very negative words about Kaitlyn. She has also been heard bragging about being rich since her daughter n law was killed by the cops or something and she don't need this job. She also refused to give Kaitlyn a refund of items that were double charged. Also should be on video.
