We checked in 6 bags during our trip from Minneapollis to Chennai and only 5 bags arrived. So, we filed PIR at the airport and they took the tag for baggage lost. Even after a week, they don't know where the baggage is lost and no one answers the phone. They redirect the calls to AirIndia whom they had a tie up and they don't care. They spoke to us only twice after calling about 40 times during business hours (9:30 AM IST to 4 pm IST). It looks like they don't care even the essential stuff is lost during our vacation. I went to file a complaint against the baggage lost and no service in their website and its kind of a feedback form and they requested for details of passport copy, boarding pass etc..and even after submitting them, they don't respond.
