Air Arabia - Flight scheduling

I was travelling on 14th May, 2022 from Cochin(03:55 am) to Sharjah and Sharjah(08:10 am) to Dammam.First of all there was a 10 min delay in Cochin to begin with and then due to some security reasons the flight had to be landed at Ras Al Khaiamah instead of Sharjah which was understandable. But when I arrived at Sharjah, the connection flight hadn't still left and I hurried to the gate where the staff checked my boarding pass which was already issued at Cochin and told specifically that the flight is full and sent me to transfer desk which didn't make any sense. Flight departed after around half an hour as per the digital information display at the airport.

At the transfer desk I was given a seat for a 4:35 pm flight and now I have to wait more than 7 hrs. If the flight had left due to timing, it is understandable but this situation is total negligence. Moreover Air Arabia didn't have even the courtesy to provide me a lounge entry. They just handed over a breakfast and lunch coupon which worked with only 1 vendor at the food court which failed to even provide food .

Air Arabia - Extra cash charged other than flight charges which is not in the ticket

i have booked a ticket with pnr no 600980553 from thiruvananthapuram to Sharjah.

My actual date of travel was 1-05-22 due to some reasons i want to change my date of travel with the flexi fare option of 1 modification available in my ticket 8 hours prior to departure.

I called the air arabia customer care number 00912271004777 and asked about the same. He told me that i need to pay only the fair change applicable that is 3000 something indian rupees.

The Next day I called the same number and asked them to send me the payment link. They sent me a payment link of 8020 indian rupees. I didn't make the payment and I called again for confirmation. Then they told me that it's only the price difference and there are no extra service charges or anything included.

He sent me the link again then I made the payment.but when i received the Ticket it is clear that the Extra charges are only 3902 indian rupees.

Desired outcome: i want the extra charges charged from me back in my account

Air Arabia - Service

Today as per the ticket schedule air arabia supposed to start from dammam at 9.05 but late of one hour

From sharjah connection supposedly at 13.00 but now with no other prior information flight time changed to night 10.00 pm

Which is really difficult for the passengers . Although they provide food unfair to sit there for 10 hours . they are very few passengers atleast they could have arrange a place to have rest even

Desired outcome: Arrange for rest place and compensation It should have mentioned in the ticket

I did a complaint in the morning till now no reply no respond. The flight g91164

today was late from dammam and connection flight missed.airlihes just provided only food no other facilities or compensation

Air Arabia - Quarantine hotel refund

Dear Sir,

We have booked air ticket in Air Arabia airline with 4 star quarantine package against PNR no. 69495102 through AIR ARABIA website for my wife Mrs . Gayatri Malluri and Miss Thanvika Malluri for their travel in 11th Dec 2021 . However we got voucher for 2 star hotel Inwan Residential .

When my family checked -in around 6pm on 11th Dec 2021 , around late night 1:30am they called and said there is no booking and asked to go out or pay extra per day charges. They were very rude to her even though she was with 3.5year girl. My wife spent almost 4:30hrs in cold weather with 3.5year child outside and paid 140Sar for the night. Next day Air Arabia arranged accommodation in Sendan Residence which I understand is 3Star hotel.

We need refund of 140Sar paid and for refund of 4four accommodation as we where given 3star hotel. Iam attaching the documents for your reference.

Desired outcome: Refund of 140SAR paid for one night and 4star accommodation refund as they allotted 3star hotel.

Air Arabia - Flights cancelled compensation claim

Fyi -Asper my booking

I was reached a coimbatore airport

to did the check in that time only they said your flight postbponed Without prior information rescheduled the flights themselves from OCT 10/ 2021 to OCT 14/ 2021 -booking reference number 67842426

Bad experience with air arabia I lost my 4 days salary as well as I spent money double pcr test for family,taxi,hotel, please compensate everything ASAP. If you I will share the documents.

Desired outcome: Please refund compensation amount ASAP. Waiting for quick action and remedies.

Air Arabia - Require compensation

This was the most horrible flight in my life. It was a nightmare. I booked a flight from ahemdabad to nairobi through Sharjah with this airline. They boarded me on the flight to Sharjah without a problem but in Sharjah, they denied me. The reason they gave me was that I did not have a vaccination QR code as per Nairobi government travel rules and I am unable to travel nairobi. Staff didn't help me and guide me and later on I was briefed by them that it was just hardly 2-5 min procedure. I had to spend one whole day and one night at Sharjah airport bunkers. I miss my important business meeting at nairobi. After this incident from next day Air Arabia changed thier policy and do not ask the QR code from any passengers. Unfortunately , we lost important business meeting, time and money. I request for compensation.

Air Arabia - Baggage Damaged on Airport

Dear Sir,

I have travelled from salalah to Mumbai via Sharjah by Air Arabia Flight on 27 Th Oct 2021.Have following experience has been coming. I need justice for same otherwise, will go to consumer protection organization prior to justice for my issue.
After travel and have reached home in Mumbai and observed that My baggage has been torn/cut by some one very talent way prior to stole my valuable items but unfortunately not able to succeed. But My Luggage has been totally unusable due to same thing done by some one on airport.
I am requesting you that, I need new Luggage Bag which one damaged by someone on salalah / Sharjah / Mumbai Airport and its responsibility of Air Arabia airlines to protect the luggage of passenger.

I am shocked this things happened on Air port then what is responsibility of Air Arabia Air Lines prior to secure the Luggage of passengers.

If my outcome for this complain not coming, will report to consumer protection team in Oman prior to resolve this issue.

Air Arabia - service

the system cut the amount twice and every time i follow up with them they keep telling me they are investigating the case and my statement will come after one week and like that the bank will charge me both and this system error from them and i can not reach anyone from the management to talk to him always will call you back then nothing happens

so simply they charge me twice for the ticket and disappear I do not know what kind of business they are running out there

Air Arabia - Excess baggage charges three time air fare

I thank air arabia for loosing one passenger family foreever due to charging me 3 times my airfare for excess baggage from ahmedabad to sharjah.
I got this reward for travelling with air arabia for last 8 years.
My pnr no 69024828 for return travel from sharjah to ahmedabad and back.
i was charged 34475 rupees ie 1686 dhirams were charged for 30 kg extra baggage on 27 November. while online booking charges for 30 kg 2 piece were 25 dhirams and i paid 60 dhirams while booking. i confirmed while travelling from sharjah to ahmedabad from their check in desk that i can carry 60 kg while returning. hence i took 60 kg while returning from ahmedabad to sharjah. They charged me heavily for this 30 kg which was 3 times my ticket price.
I am going to write to internation airport authority regarding the same so while booking it should be mentioned clearly how much baggage we can take. Your Manager said that i paid 60 dhiram to convert my 30 kg one baggage to 30 kg two piece. it is ridiculous.
i thank air arabia to teach me a lesson to travel with them.

Air Arabia - Refund against 3 time cancellation by Air Arabia

I booked a ticket before COVID in 2020 to travel from Bahrain to Karachi Pakistan in May 2020 but my flight got cancelled due to travel restrictions. When the restriction were removed moved in July 2020. I planned to travel in August and tried to use the credit voucher received against my first flight cancellation but my flight got cancelled again 2 times. So I demanded for my refund as I had to travel to Pakistan for my wedding and they were not very cooperative. So I had to use Etihad and Emirates for my travelling as Air Arabia was very bad in customer satisfaction. Now I contacted them in 2021 and told them my voucher is expiring and voucher last date is Dec 2021 and I have no plans to travel by next year. But they were very incooperative and refused my request straight away. I am very fedup of their customer services. It has been the worst till date.

Air Arabia - Customer service was bad

Sir.
I had a flight shj to tvm on 30 oct 2021 morning 7.10 i reached in airport. I went for taking boarding pass. I had seen a short lady on the counter she was an Indian.not in airarabia uniform
She is in May I Help u uniform blue in colour. She was speaking so rudly and she was busy talking with the guy who was sitting near to her side. She said to me tht ur baggage is over weight and ask me to remove 5kg. I told her if i remove it its difficult to pack again so she ask to pay the duty i told ok and she gave me a slip and i pay the duty and bring the slip again she look at me said again u should pay 100dhs again i asked for wht already pay the duty she said the box is bigger i asked her all the passanger take same thing they have no issues and u should say this before when i was going to pay duty u never said it. its so bad suddenly tht guy told me tht u go and make into 2box. I told him tht i had inform it already tht i ts difficult to pack again tht time she ask me to pay the over weight duty she did not say anything abt box. If she said it i would surely remove it after paying the duty again i should pay again for this box and its asmall box they refused and they start to do there conversation. And i pay for it this is not a good customer service.

Air Arabia - Ticket Refund

I have booked the ticket for my family with air arabia but the flight was cancelled due to corona virus and air arabia given us credit voucher. But now my family want to come back and due to vaccination requirement they can't travel to sharjah. So i have requested airarabia for refund of AED 2, 957.88 under the booking number reservation number 67219861 but the have denied the request.

I really want help here so i can get the refund.

Air Arabia - Cancelled flight refund

Hi,

I was having returned flight in airarabia on 18 Aug 2021 which was cancelled by airline without notification. Now in refund I am getting the amount which is very low.
Due to cancelled flight, I have to book another flight which cost me more and I have suffered more.
Please can you provide me full refund without deduction of the amount a sit was not my mistake at all.

Air Arabia - RESERVATION NUMBER (PNR) - 66500922 - Refund

Dear Air Arabia teams,

I am following for my refund for quite a long time. I have incurred huge cost from my side due to the unavailability of flights during June and July where I was forced to pay through repatriation flights more than double of the ticket cost which I had booked with Air Arabia.

Now I see no response from the team for the same. I had even shared my incurred ticket cost as a proof for the same.
