Air Arabia Delayed flight and changed gate no. 3 times so we have to run all airport

Our flight no. 3l 111, delayed since 1.25 am.. Its delayed by more than 2 hours.. And we was here since 8.10 am..

So we want to claim for mental tiredness and not got amy clear answers about gates changed 3 time so also physical tired. Stress we suffer. Pls solve it immediately and serve sone refreshments or quality food atleast because here many diabetic passengers and small kids too..

Also got financial loss because of delay reaching in my town.. Some urg meeting there..

Air Arabia Missed flight

I missed my flight on the 18th of September 2023 and when I checked Google regarding the consequences of the missed flight I got to know that I could rebook my flight as it was my return flight but when I tried to rebook my flight to Air Arabia representative they said, " I have to pay for my new tickets". However, I tried to check through the live chat of Air Arabia and Miss Dalia said that I would get a certain credit from which I could book the flight in future for one year from the date I paid for the ticket. But, I didn't get anything. As it was written on the website that the missed flight return tickets, I can reschedule my flight but it didn't happen and I had to pay a lot for my return ticket.

Air Arabia Flight Service

The airline is pathetic. The crew and the boarding team are so racist. The service is pathetic as is everything else. We decided to fly through Sharjah because why not. A layover sounded fun and we could explore then proceed to our destination. The crew/service made that unappealing. Never use Air Arabia. People of African descent use any other airline. Air Arabia is not worth it. Book another airline better yet do something else with that money instead of flying Air Arabia.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate the airline to treat all people equally.

Air Arabia I lost money nearly 57000 inr with using ixigo app booking ticket

March 15 I can book ixigo app 2 two return tickets for kenya to india in the date of April 7 at the my friend grant father death on March 30 so we need to go argent india on March 30 so we need cancel on ixigo app but they will not show any cancellation policy after four days I reached only email from air Arabia they says we charge 20000 inr for two people remain is hold on passport you can travel one year to less your balance amount so I can lost nearly 57000 inr totally so this is like cheating

Air Arabia Ticket refund

I booked a connecting flight on Air Arabia from Jomo Kenyatta Int'l to Perth Australia changing airlines at TRV.

I tested positive for Covid. I advised Air Arabia that I had to cancel the flight as I would not be allowed to board well within time. I visited Air Arabia offices I. Parkland Nairobi and the manager advised me to contact SharjahTheir customer service said they would refund $60 only. I asked them why they would refund such a low amount? Didn't hear from them for several months.

Upon sending a reminder, they told me that the matter had been 'handled' and that they would not refund the ticket.

I have all correspondence from their offices in Nairobi and also their Airport Manager.

Can you advise please

Desired outcome: Full refund as I followed all their instructions on what I needed to do all within several days before travel date.

Air Arabia Reservation: [protected]

I booked and paid for a flight on 08/03/2023.

My circumstances changed and I had to cancel a couple of hour's later and they will not refund my money. They do not advertise no refunds when you book with them otherwise I would have gone with a different airline.

I've never used them before and will not in the future so I would like my money back. It should be illegal to withhold a persons money for their own gain. I believe they are acting illegally.

Desired outcome: I would like my money refunded in full as the company has no right to keep my money for no reason.

Air Arabia Offloaded from the aircraft

I was traveling to Doha/Qatar on March 13th. from Sharjah airport. After I have completed the passport check and reached the gate, Airarabia team did not allow me on the plane. The reason is that Qatar government is putting some restrictions on specific nationalities and they requested that my profession in the visa to be one of the approved professions. Airarabia team claimed that my profession is not in the list that's why they offloaded me. I have explained a lot that I have confirmed with the visas sector under Qatar ministry of interior that my profession is on the list but they ignored me and were so rude and careless. I went out and passed by Qatar airways counter and checked my profession, and they confirmed that I can fly with them since my profession is on the list. I booked a ticket with them that costs me around AED 3400. Then, I went to Airarabia counter at Sharjah airport to file a complaint and asked them to check with Qatar airways. Finally, they found out that they were using the worng/outdated list of professions and my profession is on the list.

I was able to travel and enter Qatar after extremely annoying experience. I spent almost 6 hours in the airport, lost my flight, missed very important meeting, paid extra charges, and they were being ignorant and careless.

Air Arabia Missing a flight today at Ebb

Due to lack of handlers, at Entebbe, I missed a flight there was still an hour plus some minutes to the departure of ABY 721

.

And to ask ,they told me that all the handlers have gone to the aircraft

We need an office at Entebbe airport to handle such issues

You can not say that the check in time is only one hour fourty minutes only ,and the eight people who missed the flight ,three of us we were at the airport in queue and they said that they have closed

Air Arabia Damaged baggage

I had my brand new luggage damaged due to rough handling of the luggage. I also lost a suite and couple of other items in the bag due to the cosmatic cream that burst open in my bag due to their bad handling. When I filed a damaged baggage complain, it took them weeks to respond back to my complain. When I eventually got a response, the resolution didnt make sense at all as I was offered a compensation of less then half the price of the luggage they broke not to mention the content, my time and the inconvenience this has caused. The Air Arabia website has a clear lost and dammage clause which would entitle me for USD 400. When I tried to understand on which basis the 50$ was offered, I received no response at all although I send 5 mail with the smae query. The customer support representative handling my ticket has shown a lack of professionalism. Their decision is not supported by any logical reasoning and goes against the rules outlined on the Air Arabia website. Despite repeated attempts to seek clarification on the decision-making process and simple answers to my questions, I have been met with unhelpful responses and have had my inquiries ignored. The responses provided are also grammatically incorrect and lack originality

Air Arabia Ticketing

I booked a ticket through a link sent my air Arabia contact center. When I showed it to the check in counter they said it was cancelled since booked within 4 hours of departure. Informed me to call air Arabia and I was informed I will be refunded and to buy a new ticket at the counter. But the ticket I took was the same which they said was cancelled. I paid first via the link 1166 aed and then because they said that ticket was cancelled I called took another ticket and paid 1470 aed. Because I was informed it’s cancelled a I need a refund for one of the amount I paid because it is your fault that u sent the link to me within 4 hours. And then did not help me at the counter and made me buy another ticket. Now no one is responding to my emails.

Air Arabia Transit Visa

I wanted to book a flight from Baku to Abu Dhabi with a connecting flight to New Delhi.

I contacted Air Arabia to confirm the visa and regulation requirements before purchasing the ticket as I was going to be in Adbu Dhabi for about 5 hours.

I was told that I did not need a transit visa at Abu Dhabi airport if I had no plans to leave the airport.

I purchased the ticket, as well as my connecting flight ticket, assured that Air Arabia knew what they were talking about.

I arrived at the airport in Baku only to be denied boarding:- the reason - I did not have a transit visa for Abu Dhabi.

They have not accepted responsiblity for this misinformation and have left be stranded at the airport in Baku, with no alternative solution.

I have all the correspondence as well as the chats from their website saved to pdf

Desired outcome: I want a reissued ticket to New Delhi as was my original intention. I also want a reimbursement on what it has costs me to stay here in Baku

Air Arabia Customer service

I booked a flight for next week mistakenly I chose November instead December. Like every one I tried to change the flight both online and by calling. Online my experience was awkward 😑, gives the option to change one way and not both ! Phone call, number in Madrid is not working and voice message tells you that 🤯.

Next level, contacting customer service by email imagine after explaining to them what I have done ( online and calling) they have sent to me a link to change the flight which is the same in there official site which is not working and a call center number in Morocco. This is my first I have seen an airline who does not care at all with their clients not like Turkish Airlines or Qatar Airways.

My last option is booking another flight but not anymore with your irresponsible Company

Air Arabia Bad Service for students

Hello

I traveled by air arabia on 11th October from Mumbai to Abu dhabi to tbilisi.

The staff of the air arabia airlines didn't allow me extra 1 kg weight as there was 30kg limit and I was carrying 31kg and at the official site there is clearly mentioned that max 32kg is allowed for airlines.

Im a student still they didn't allow me to carry 1 kg extra weight, no satisfying behavior from the staff, also no any compensation for students such as other airlines are providing extra weight allowance for students.

Air Arabia Selected seat (paid seat) cancelled by airlines without intimation

I booked my Tickets in Airarbia & paid extra for the first row seats since I am travelling with an infant. It will be easy to handle an infant & will have sufficient legroom.

Without Any notice, AirArabia has cancelled my seat selection and initiated the refund of the amount. Even After reaching out to the customer support multiple times, I just get one line reply saying that my refund is under progress for the amount paid for the seat selection. Now I am forced to select an alternate seat. this is going to make my journey hell.

I am not in a position to cancel my tickets since no other carrier flying in the route is having an affordable fare at the last minute.

Desired outcome: I need my selected seats (first row) or compensation for my stress

Air Arabia Refund my Booking amount

Dear Team,

Because of the reason for Visa rejection policy of Qatar I was forced to cancel my booked ticket.

Now again I have a balance of 1092.38 .Can you help me to get a refund of 1092.38 to my account as I am not travelling to Dubai anymore and migrating to the USA completely.

I have nothing left it's hard earned money .

Please help to sort it out.

Air Arabia Ticket refused at check in counter

We booked our flight from Abu dabhi to muscat after getting wedded, at check in(0400am)the the Staff member Anoop was very rude did not greet when saying good morning took he's time to check every thing.

There was a small error from my side with the ticket name being my wife's first name and my last name (she has a different surname) traveling with emerites before and my company had made the same mistake previously I assumed it would be a easy fix. In a very rude Mr.anoop told me we cannot isseu out this boarding pass for you because the first name does not match ? But the ticket was purchased from my bank account I have the recipient and my surname matches .

He told me surnames a very common now a days! Excuse me my surname is not very common my family hold a family crest in Germany besides the payment details match.

Besides it is indicated on the bottom of the ticket where the visa payment Came from(from my own visa card )

He advice me he cannot help me and when asking he's name he raised he's voice and said ANOOP. My only option is purchasing a new ticket or phoning the costumer care line which is in Dubai.

Unfortunately my cell phone is registered in Oman which makes it even more difficult.

When asking him are they even working at this time he told me better to purchase a new ticket very nice experience on my first and last travel with Air Arabia.

Air Arabia Baggage did not arrive

I arrived around an hour ago from Sharjah, UAE to Beirut Airport (Lebanon) with the flight number G9387, but my bag did not arrive at the airport. Reservation number is [protected]. Bag number is G9707407. My name is Walid Ibrahim

I would like to ask if my bag was found and I urge you to please send it as soon as possible.

The bag contains a lot of priceless items. Please help me with this issue as soon as possible.

Air Arabia Non availability of pre booked meal

Dear air arabia team,

Hope all is well and safe.

I am one of the passenger travel from mumbai to sharjah on flight g9406 (ref: [protected]) on 28th aug 4:55 am where I pre booked my meal for which I paid additional cost and it was not available and not informed by cabin crew as well. While serving meal they just kept sandwich and water on my table and when I asked for my meal which I pre booked her reply was we dont have which was surprising for me and I am very sure it is not as per air arabia standard. Here the main concern is if it was not available for xyz reason before serving anything cabin crew should inform well in advance and give any other similar option but unfortunately they were offering me chana masala and cheese sandwich which I dont like and was free for me but I paid additional to have meal of my choice. At last cabin supervisor came and he was also not able to convenience me with any other options and at last I ended the discussion and went for veg salad. Cabin supervisor promise me to log the complaint from his side also but unfortunately till now no one has contacted me.

Appreciate your support to look in to this issue on high importance and resolve to avoid such issues in future and also we need your guarantee that this will not happen in future or sorry to say we will not fly with air arabia in future and also we will inform our relatives and friends about this issue.

A part from this issue there was one more issue with my family also where meal was not served as per booking. I want you to check this also with cabin crew staff and understand why this issues were repeating.

Desired outcome: Out come was not satisfactory and need your support to look in to this issue very seriously and i want you to brief or train the cabin crew if deeded.

Air Arabia Delayed flight

I am travelling from Cairo, Egypt to Abu Dhabi airport on 19/8/2022, flight number 3L425. It was supposed to take off on 19/8/2022 at 11:00 pm and till this moment 20/8/2023, 2:30am ww are still in Cairo international airport, it is delayed without any email or phone clarification. The delay is for more than 4 hours and I am exhausted and my baby got really tired.

Today I was traveling from Ahmedabad to Bahrain. flight no 3L112 and 3L010.

From Ahmedabad to Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi to Bahrain flight cable crew not helping nature of me.

I am very disappoint during travel

So please teach they how to behaviour with passenger.

I hope mangement take any action after my complain...
