[Resolved] Empire Today / vinyl floor

The floor was just put down and we noticed a tear in the vinyl. I called several times and it took forever to get a response. they finally came to the house after making me lose another days pay they were suppose to show up between 3 and 4 and got there at 8pm with his family in the car.
he took pictures and no one has gotten back to me. this is just one complaint. I have a list of complaints since I decided to go with empire

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
