They did a very poor job prepping/leveling my floors and now few planks are damaged.

I tried to reach out to this company by calling all numbers i have but it's impossible to contact them, one number is disconnected. How is it possible to provide a service, reassure people that they have warranty for 10 years and then completely disappear? i am very upset and dissapointed, it was an expensive project and now i'm stuck with damaged floors without any support.

Hello I need some help! Am a subcontractor hired by this company to do A tile project on A Dave’s hot chicken in south bend IN I worked on that project and even hired 3 guys to finish the job on time and payed them out of my pocket I finish the last week of November and he was arguing that he can’t pay me until he gets paid . The restaurant open doors for service 25 days ago and last Friday the franchise owner texted me finally after ignoring my calls or texts for 3 days just to tell me that I made an enemy on him because I contacted the original contractor for that project and that caused problems to him . I contacted them to ask they had made a payment to him so he didn’t liked that and he also wrote on his text that He blocked me and said that stop calling him! On Oct 11th I gave a check deposit in the amount of $3, 809.46 to Chris Needham at Floor Coverings International to order and install flooring in my basement. He told us he would contact us in a week to schedule the install. When we didn't hear from him we started to contact him by phone and email. He never responded. Then he disconnected the cell phone number he provided us. After that I stopped by his store front. He shares his store front space with another business who informed me he hasn't been there in weeks. I had a friend of mine call the store number and he picked up but once she informed him I was on the line as well, he hung up. Please help us get our money back. He took our money for services he never provided and never planned on providing. I emailed corporate as well and they did not respond.
