My wife went to order us some spicy chicken sandwiches, she went inside to place her order instead of going through the drive through because she thought it would go faster. I had warned her that the last time I ordered inside it took 30 minutes before we got our food but she was certain we would get it in a timely fashion. I waited outside in the car while she went in, 27 minutes later she comes out with money in hand telling me she had to ask for her money back (5 minutes before coming out) because they were taking too long. Everyone else had gotten their food in the drive through and inside. The cashier was extremely rude and got an attitude asking why? What's wrong with her food? My wife told her that she had been waiting for twenty and she hadn't gotten any food, the cashier told her that it takes 6 minutes to cook the chicken and that there was some sort of miscommunication bc someone else got our food in the drive through, my wife told her that no one had told her anything. The cashier went in the back and talked to the manager before she came back and started to give her her money back all the while talking loud about how much she didn't like working in Stuttgart and that she wasn't from here, she was rude and loud and made a huge scene for no reason whatsoever. I don't know why this particular Burger King is ok with terrible service and slow, inadequate, rude employees but that seems to be the thing their. Never Ever going back to this place it's a joke
