Went into the location to order 2 Whoopers for $7 and a 10 piece of nuggets. The order didn't take too long to be filled but when the attendant handed me the bag she asked what dipping sauces I wanted. I simply requested 2 Sweet and Sours, and 1 honey mustard. I was told that I'd have to pay an additional $0.10 for the extra sauce so I better just chose two. Before I left I was going to purchase the once sauce via Visa transaction as I understand that that would be more expensive for the business than to simply give me the one sauce requested, but instead opted to leave and never go back to this Burger King.
rodeo king burger
The Mountain Home, AR Burger King will sell me Rodeo Burgers, but not my favorite, Rodeo King Burgers. Does that make sense? What happened to Burger King's "Have it your way" ideology? If a person wants a Whopper made a specific way, they will do it, but not a Rodeo King? Is this seriously the new way Burger King conducts business, by telling the customer to f-off and order something else? I am disappointed with your Mountain Home branch right now as you can see, since this whole thing could easily be taken care of by selling Rodeo King burgers. Take care & have a nice day.
chicken tenders, two whoppers and spicy chicken sandwich
I went through the drive through last night and the four items I purchased were so old and cold! The chicken for tenders and sandwich were so old you couldn't even bite through them! The chicken was unrecognizable. As for the whoppers they were iced cold. I am extremely disappointed. It's been a really long time since I got burger king and it was disappointing and gross!
restroom and order
After giving my order away, took trip to men restroom unbelievable the condition, urine on floor, towel dispenser not functional. Slime all over it. Should have called the health department. Can't believe anyone inspects. No more ordering at this 🍔 👑 😱 I had been a frequent customer for lunch. They are near a number of hospitals so hopes no one gets food...

I ordered a double quarter pounder King sandwich, I was charged $10.35 at the 48th and Holdredge location. But yet I got a single quarter pounder that was cold, the Dr. Pepper was flat and and the employee at the window wasn't friendly and seemed to not care at all. Really frustrating that I spent money on a order that didn't even come out correct, and the pop was flat. I hadn't been got food there recently and I'm not sure how soon I will actually go back, especially when I spent good money for fresh food.

When I was ordering my food the girl taking my order was beyond rude every time I said anything she would say are u done and when I went to pay for my food I noticed she got my order wrong she then rolled her eyes at me as she put in my order that I asked for originally I've never dealt anybody in fast food as rude as her and I will never be back because I don't want or trust somebody like that handeling my food

Hi. im Florence Pasco, currently resides at Trondheim City. I would like to complain about food poisoning from the foods we ate yesterday at the said branch. we ordered two burgers and fries. thats the only food we have eaten before we felt something bad, vomit and diarhea. I was lucky enough that i dindt gave my toddler a bite. i felt pity about the children who have been eating there yesterday. i wish you could to some actions regarding this. Quality control and Cleanliness. been there and never had problem except yesterday. Now my husband and I are both trying to rest. Hopefull to hear something from you. thank u so much.

I was on vacation with my family I had a $25.36 order. Upon entering your Burger King restaurant I was not greeted by any staff. Upon placing my order I was told by Colin which happened to be a assistant store manager, he told me I had 20 minutes until the dining room closed. I haven't even got my food so now I feel rushed. I waited at least 10 minutes for 2 Whoppers and 2 chicken sandwichs. Colin ended up dropping the French fry scoop I bet he didn't wash his hands? After I got my food I went outside to my car to eat because I felt rushed. Colin approached my vechile and asked if I was waiting for food I replied no he then said " I need you to move I have a truck" meaning I guess a food truck. As I worked for the restaurant business for years also the retail establishment I believe customer service is very very important. Colin had an attitude, he was badgering his crew on the sales floor making remarks such as " cmon on waiting on Fry's" or " I already told you that" this looks good as a assistant store manager. Also when I recieved my food it was placed on the counter and Colin turned around to continue drive thru orders. I guess drive thru is more important. Upon leaving I was not thanked or please come again. I will definitely will not be coming back to Burger kind there is a Carl's Jr right down the street thank you for your time and consideration. My Whoppers were cold!
What the hell! Went to Burger King on Ann Rd and Simmons St in North Las Vegas to try the BK XL and no sauce. This is the third time I went to this location and always out of something. First time, out of coffee. Second time, no lettuce. Three strikes, you're out. No more B K! Fire that manager!

I ordered 2 cheese burgers plain and a large fry. I ordered my boys an order of chicken fries. I was the only one to get sick. Within 1/2hr I started with severe stomach cramps and diahrea. I woke up 3 hrs later with volmiting, stomach pain, diahrea and fever. 12hrs later the volmiting had stopped but the stomach pain, diahrea and fever have continued
drive thru
Ok I ordered two king meal deals, two cheeseburgers, and two funnel cake fries my total was $14.19 I gave the boy at the first window $20.19 he gave me bk $4 so I got short $2 I didn't mention it when I got to the second window well the girl hands me two bags then ask me did u pay at the first window I said yes I did well she got the manager so the manager came to the window and said I had paid for the people's order that was in front of me she said two whoppers I then said no I paid for my order I then told her I paid him $20.19 and I then mention the $2 that I was shorted the manager says well I'll have to count the drawer to verify that I then told her I wasn't even worried abt the $2 but I did pay for my food I'm not a theif. The manager rolls her eyes then kinda gets an attitude very unprofessional I go to this bk all the time just pisses me off that she acted like I was trying to pull one over on em and to top it off they forgot my 2 cheeseburgers WOW
employee lacking customer service skill
Regarding BK # 3082
I went to the store to order my luch, I and other clients waited on line for 10 minutes, meanwhile none of the employees took the time to acknowlege our presence. Finally I asked an employee if they were short of staff. He's attitude was very unprofessional, the tone of voice that he used showed that he was anoyed by my questions. Another client on line saw that and there was a verbal altercation that went on between the employee and the client. So the client left, and the employee took my order, then when he handled me the food, there was no ketchup and I asked him for some, so he said they're over there meaning by the soda machine. I looked in the bin there were none, and I told him that there was not any, the employee rolled his eyes like I was anoying him, and while he is attending to other clients on line, he said to the another emploee " you know what, I'm leaving". This is just a complaint to show how some of your employees are lacking customer service skill. and his attitude shows that he cannot work under pressure and can't controll himself in certain situation. His name is Frederick. I was in the store around 12:45-1PM

2 bacon double cheeseburgers/ 26 minute wait
Today 1-20-2019 I ordered two back. Double cheeseburgers. First the buns were so stale And hard I couldn't even bite into it. Next on both burgers the burgers were burnt and way over cooked and not edible. Also one burger had pickles one didn't and there was half a piece of bacon on each burger only. I wouldn't complain but last week at same restaurant I waited in drivethru line for 26 minutes and when I got to window and commented I was told well you have option to always come in. And then when I got home order was WRONG. Seriously? First I am in a wheelchair and hard to go in secondly there was only two cars ahead of me in line. I usually eat the twice a week and will now go to McDonald's which. Is right next door after these two experiences. I understand sometimes there is issues but to be treated that way and twice at sameness spot is ridiculous.

Those sauce packets cost Burger King money, you know. They can't give out extra sauce to everyone who wants one, they'd have to raise the prices on other items and then you'd be whining about that. If you can't afford 10 cents for the extra food you're not entitled to, just stay home.
