Went thru the drive thru about 12:30 someone was already bringing back food. The food is nasty, taste like old grease. After it was taking so long I went in. And the white lady that was trying to give the lady at the drive thru her money back, it was taking for ever. The I went inside and I ask the lady about my food, she stated we got you but I had been at the drive thru for about 15 min waiting on that one lady to get her money back. So I just drove around and went in and my food was sitting on the thing wide open just sitting their. I said something to the lady and she told me she was trying to get something straight. I advise her I had to go to work I had been waiting for 30 min. She did not so I walk out the door. Nobody hardly eat their, the people their is just nasty in more ways than one. I want ever go back.

Your people have been ignoring my six signs stating that the changers are for current customers only. They have been doing this for a very long time despite being asked not to. I have been told twice that this is too short so I will continue. We are talking about hundreds and hundreds of dollars here. They take my fives and my quarters so my customers do not have them to use at my business. They need to get their own delivery service or bank account.

I went to Church's Chicken today for lunch, after Waiting 15 minutes or more I finally got to place my order. I was told there was no white meat was available, I told the drive thru that would be okay. the lady at the window said " I don't need this"; I ask can I still place an order. She said I need to get out of her line! I have never been treated like that before. She was angry before I pulled up. I will never go there again. the date 12/20 2021. The place Demopolis. Alabama Highway 80. the time 1: 15 pm.

I went to drive thru the other day at the churches chicken in bakersfield on Brundage, the manager lady was very racist and judge mental. She didn't want to honor my coupon so I called corporate when I called I seen her hurry up n clock out so she can say she wasn't there, I will sue this company for racial discrimination.

On November 13, 2021 I visited store 10475 at 10145 West Freeway in Fort Worth, Texas.
This was my second visit and purchase.
The first visit was over a month ago and the food was very good.
This time, I ordered a few pieces of chicken to go.
When I got home the chicken tasted dry and stale. Also one piece that was supposed to be a breast was a breaded bone.
Too discussed to go back and I will no longer visit any Church's Chicken.
I attribute this to the employees that do not care about serving good food.

I have never in all my 67 years of life had this kind of service before. I placed a order at store #5335, check number 10159. It was pouring down rain on that day and my car in the inside and myself was getting very wet. I had to repeat my order over 3 times and when I got my order it was wrong. I told the cashier about it and she looked at me like she wanted to say go the H away. I didn't get what I had order and told her she could check it. She told me we don't take food back. I told her I want you to make it right. I pointed out also that my fries had okra mixed in and the young man told me those are fries. I told them both that I know the difference between them and these are square and I showed them. He kept saying they are fries. I am never going to another Church's and I will from now on stay with KFC. I also am sharing this with everyone I know. I spent almost $21.00 for bad service and to be called a liar for food I didn't order. Never again and thank God I didn't lose it.

at drive through my order total was 19.43, at window i was told that was wrong an is now 26.50. i questioned but was told to just give it to me. i gave him 25.00 cash and was getting the change when he handed me my food and closed the window. when i got home i found reciept in bag for 19.43, nice scam!
