An order was placed online. When I arrived to pick up the order, I was advised items ordered and paid for were not available. I requested a refund and was told I would need to contact the telephone number listed on receipt. I have called for two weeks but not able to leave a message due to the voice mail being full. I have not spoked with anyone regarding a refund, which I would appreciate receiving.
I ordered spicy chicken tenders, and a small macaroni and cheese, neither were available. I requested a refund and was told the store could not refund the times or the meal due to me ordering online. Again, I have yet to receive a refund, nor have I been able to speak with anyone using the number listed on the receipt.
