Church's Chicken

Saturday, Jan.22, 2022 I placed an order for 16 pieces of chicken. The order was placed at 0843 eastern time to Churches Chicken at 1306 Us 280 By-Pass Phenix City Alabama 36867. Time to pick up order was 1100 hrs. I arrived there at 1050 and was told my order didn't come through. I showed her my bank put a hold on the amount of $29.55 for this order. She told me to wait at the curbside for about 15 minutes and if it came through she would bring it to me. According to this lady it never came through. To day Jan. 25, 2022 I seen where the bank posted this transaction. When I showed her where the bank had put a hold on this she should have filled my order. This is bad business on this establishment.
