02/24/21 Time 2:15 PM Vernette Murphy went to bite into the chicken purchased at Churches Chicken and the wire that was cooked into the chicken cut the side of my jaw. I took the chicken back up to Churches Chicken and requested to talk to a general manager. The general manager's name is Mike. Mike the general manager gave me his supervisor's name which was also Mike. Mike the supervisor said he would put my claim in however, I never heard from anybody. All I have been getting is the runaround from Churches Chicken and nobody has helped me. The cut on my jaw was very bad and Churches Chicken failed to resolve the issue.
Desired outcome: Nobody has called me back to resolve my issue.
