Church's Chicken

I had an order on Tuesday at 7:05 pm to be deliver between 8:12PM & 8:22 PM and it never arrive at all. I had asked them what happen to my order and they had said that it was cancel do to no location, but yet I got a text say my order was on the way and will arrive between 8:05PM and 8:15PM and to keep everyone safe please wear a mask. Still no order. so I ask for my refund of $35 and some change to be refunded back to me and I got no reply back from them they have my money and I have no food!
