Chicken Express Multiple Missing items

First had to wait over 10 mins for chicken to be cooked.
Second they did not give me my coleslaw and had to go back and ask for it.
Third they did not give me my extra side of mashed potatoes and had to go back and ask for it.
Forth I did not receive any of my 3 drinks that I had as part of my meals and upsized and paid for it! At this point I was just tired and angry of having to go back and ask for it.
No one is answering the phone from the store and the inside is closed only the drive through is open with 15 cars in line.

Chicken Express Food never having spicy chicken tenders at night

Every night I come to this chickens express I am being told they are out of spicy chicken tenders every night witch is not the case. I think is very unprofessional as a business to be denied a item on the menu that is offered for service. This is a every night thing around 8:30 for sure. Never fails iv came for 3 nights straight something needs to be done this is very unprofessional. Can't run business turning down service.

Chicken Express Food

chicken tenders where the size of chicken nuggets. For $21 I will not be coming back if that's how they are doing things. That's the size of a dam kids meal. This needs fixed ASAP all 4 where like that size not worth my money ! To top it off our food was not very warm and the tea taste like it's been sitting all day. Service was fine food was not !

Chicken Express Wrong food, half eaten food, bad customer service, horrible tea

My husband and I went to the corpus christi location on staples to pick up dinner. We ordered rolls because this location always has old biscuits. They still gave us biscuits. They were rock hard, half of them were missing bottoms and 2 looked like someone had taken bites out of them. The tea tastes old, like the canister is not clean. Look at the Google reviews for this location it's a common complaint. The chicken had absolutely no flavor. We tried repeatedly to call the manager but they don't answer the phone, another common complaint. The whole team needs retraining or just get rid of them all, especiallythe managers who allow this. There's plenty of people looking for work in the area. I will be reporting this location to the health department.

Chicken Express Chicken livers

I am a regular customer of chick express in paris tx, I love the 12 piece chicken liver meal, however what I got tonight was a pathetic excuse for chicken livers, they were cold as if been sitting for hours and I ordered at the drive thru, and majority of them werent even breaded. If this is going to be the way you serve your regular customers then im not sure ill want to tell anyone its a good place to go...In my profession I actually instal fire suppression in vent-a-hoods at many chicken expresses and I wouldnt do anything less than they expect from me, they should show the same respect,

Desired outcome: Should be free food for lifetime for even offering this kind of poor excuse for chicken livers..... just my opinion

I just waited in line for 30 minutes to be rudely greeted by the cashier hand him $100 bill just be told rudely that he can't take it no reason why just he can't take it. If there's a policy against this put a f****** sign up so I don't have to waste my time waiting in line.

Chicken Express misleading poster in window

Location at 101 W Wadley in Midland, TX has a poster in the window advertising the Tuesday Tenders ----15 for $12.99 . I was charged $14.99. I called the store to bring it to their attention. The young man who answered the phone wanted to know why I wanted to speak to manager. Something loud was in the background so I was having hard time understanding him. I told him about the misrepresentation of the prices and the poster needed to come down. He offered to refund $ but I was too far away to want to do that. I just told him to take poster down since it is illegal to advertise false prices. Went by late last night and it was still in window. I tried to go to Chicken Express website, it said to go to specific location with complaints but there was NO link to do that. Shady way to circumvent that. This raises warning bells and so I'm doubtful that I'll spend $ with their company again. Step up your game Texas company !

Chicken Express Order mistake.

Decatur, Texas store. We ordered 2 pieces of chicken, okra, potatoes and gravy after sitting in line for 20 min. No problem. Get home open up the box and its chicken strips. Call the store to tell them about the mistake. We would not be coming back into town. So we asked for a raincheck as its is their mistake. We was told bring it back. I took it back went to the door with the open box of chicken strips. Let them know I was not happy. While standing there they mixed up another persons order taking it to the wrong car. Credit card was given to another customer and I did not see them throw away the chicken strips. We got home with the next order and there is no gravy on the potatoes. Gave us nothing for our inconvenience.

Desired outcome: All I would have wanted was a raincheck for the inconvenience. As it was late.

Chicken Express Service/Attitude

Please don't come this chicken express because the owner John will yell and scream at you regarding his food. The location doesn't look inside the containers before leaving there location and when you confront him regarding this matter he yells and screams. He doesn't want his his customers happy. Please don't let this happen to another person.

Chicken Express Missing product and customer service

Tried ordering mac and cheese with my kids meals and was told they were out. Pulled up got my food and pulled around to check and make sure I had everything because this location is notorious about leaving [censored] out of the order. So i go back in line to get what they of course forgot and the car in front of me orders mac and cheese and they dont tell them they are out. Manager comes out and i show her my receipt and she comes out to give me my items, she does not even apologize that i wasted my time having to go back thru the line or that they forgot my items. Get home and she gave me okra instead of the fries i ordered. Extremely pissed off. This location sucks. Love chicken express and this is the only one close to my house, but their manager is rude and something is alwayd messed up.

Chicken Express Service

It's been 3x that I go to the Chicken Express in Midland texas on the corner of main street and Wadley street after getting off from working very tired from working in concrete and I am trying to order drive thru and the girl there after each thing I order she keeps sighing then laughing then she will ask if anything else then before I can say it she will start sighing again. The workers like the chicken there but I refuse to get it there for the whole crew after we pour concrete. Very poor customer service at drive thru with her and I've heard friends and clients say the same thing they refuse to go there. Yall did a good job in putting the business there in that location but poor choice of staff. It's never busy there like I see other places.

Desired outcome: Get rid of rude drive thru staff were paying customers that work hard too

Drive Through I ordered 8 piece filet Family Meal waited for over 30 minutes in parking lot in my truck. Young girl finally came to my truck, "Sorry Sir she gave your family meal to someone else. Can you wait longer?" Ticket DT#3040 Was A Big Fan Of Chicken Express? Live in Mesquite 2nd time in a month not going back [protected]

Chicken Express Employee attitude

First the young lady taking out order gave attitude about our simple order. Rolling her eyes and body language.
Second the man behind the country told the other to tell the drive through that they where closed.
Another guy told me they could not do spicy legs and I have got spicy legs for a long time. They where very difficult to deal with the reason this location is struggling is poor employees.

Desired outcome: Tech the employees respect for others and how to handle people.

Chicken Express Product and service

I went to chicken express off of sw loop 820 I waited for 20 minutes to receive the wrong food and over paid for food I did not receive. I called letting Kelsey know I would like my money back my order was wrong and I have to go to work I don't have 30 mins to drive back and deal with giving her old food back to receive my money back for a order she failed to get right.

Chicken Express Service

I went to chicken express 2831 n bryant on aug 17, 2021 we ususally visit 1 to 2 times a month and we spend close to $120 to $150 each time we order the 30 piece chicken tenders with sides and fried pickels corn nuggets macaroni and cheese and extra rolls when ever we been ordering we are always told you are out of mac and cheese or corn nuggets was going to order 2 25 piece chicken tenders with sides the cashier goes telling me that you all did not have no chicken tenders at all and cashier had ear pods in both ears at the time and seem to be not wanting to be their at all seems like when we go to order inside they have friends hanging around or co employees we had went to southwest blvd location had orderd 2 orders of 25 piece tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy with coleslaw had ordered mac and cheese and corn nuggets was told you were out of mac and cheese and corn nuggets so had ordered 3 family corn on cobbs which would of been 4 to an order and when cashier told me you were out of mac and cheese and out of corn nuggets had told cashier i would take french fries instead told her i would be back to pick up order since they would have to cook tenders came back to pick up order 2 cooks were playing with their phones and cashier told me you were out of corn on the cobb so this was a ripoff on this because she said i could give you some pies in place of corn on the cobb the pies do not cost customers $4.19 a pie it was $12.57 on receipt so i should have been given $12.57 worth of pies she had given me 3 pies only order # was 70 8:54 p.M. Apparently the company does not know how to do hot shot oreders to get products they are out of here lately seems like when we plan to order chicken express we are told out of mac and cheese and corn nuggets never did get french fries at all

Chicken Express Shift Supervisor

After waiting in the drive thru of the Altus OK Chicken Express for over 30 minutes, I got upset and screamed "Where is my food" a man came over to my truck and said "Who you talking to like that Bro?" He just kept repeating that and then said "Why you getting so worked up over some damn food?" He proceeded to keep escalating the situation with more profanity towards me, and when my wife asked his name, he said "[censored] You [censored]." I then went inside the store to get my money back and he again approached me like he wanted to fight me and said "you ain't getting your [censored]ing money back" and then he walked off. Realizing that I wasn't getting my money back, I throw some of the trays across the room and left. When I asked if he was a manager, I was told he was a shift supervisor and his name was Dan. The behavior this person displayed towards a customer is completely unacceptable. He represents Chicken Express and this is the way he behaves? He needs to be fired immediately.

Chicken Express Food

My wife stopped in at the Chicken Express on Wichita st in Ft Worth at 6:15pm on Wednesday 8/11/21. She orders in the drive-through pulled up and paid for our food. She was told to pull up and they would bring it out. 30 mins later, no food. So she went in and ask where our food was. They responded by saying, "you got your food!" She calmly explained that no, she hadn't and that they were more than welcome to look in her car that was still parked in the same place where she was told to wait. They went back and forth for a few minutes when finally she extremely rude employee said "well what the hell did you order!" My wife told her and she turned away and ignored. My wife finally lost her patients after 10 minutes of standing there and said, "hey! Are you going to get my food?" The young lady that wasn't being much of a lady at all stuck her hand out and walked away. My wife then said "if you're not going to get my food then give me my money back!" And she did. If the young lady doesn't want to do her job, then why is she there? Worst service at any Chicken Express we have ever been to. If that the kind of people Chicken Express employees, then we'll never go back! That's a promise.

Desired outcome: The young lady need to be gone.

Chicken Express Drive thru order taker

We went to the Chicken Express on Turner Plaza in Abilene, Tx around 9:30 pm. When we tried to place the order I had ordered a number 5 with liver but then realized the number 6 had hot wings. We changed our order to that and she asked what 2 sides and we had decided on 1 side but were still deciding on the other and she was rude and asked again what 2 sides. We then told her the 2 sides and she was like so that is 2 number 6s, we let her know that we only needed 1, she then said again that is 2 number 6s and what are the sides on the 2nd one. We told her again that we only wanted 1, she asked again what are the sides on the 2nd number 6. We couldn't get her to quit asking us long enough for us to let her know we only needed 1 number 6. I have worked management all my life. You are supposed to let the customer speak and then ask questions or repeat the order, not keep interrupting them. We shop there regularly and this isn't the 1st time but usually we just accept this is the way of the world but the amount you are paying your employees we should have exceptional service every time. We were literally the only customers in line. Golden chick is right around the corner and we will literally make that drive from now on. We already use Golden Chick on N 1st but my husband had his heart set on Chicken Express. This was like I said 9-930 on Friday July 23rd and we were the only car in line. If you have video we were in a silver mercedes. This store is definitely more convenient to get to and like I said we go there quite often even with crummy service, I just won't do it anymore. Too many other places to eat to settle with mediocre service. I don't know what resolution I expect, I don't care to spend anymore money there but my husband favors it over the 2 so that is where it is tough but at the end of the day, happy wife, happy life. Train your employees to let the customer finish speaking. To listen not to respond but to listen to what they are actually saying and absolutely don't interrupt!

Chicken Express I ordered two piece fish meal. I ordered extra hush puppies.

Older two-piece fish meal I was given three piece fish meal. No fries. I thought fries came with the order. I ordered hush puppy as my side I had it in the box when I got it when I took it back to correct the order that I had a two-piece meal they insisted I keep the third piece fish that's not my mistake my price to pay. They also took my three hush puppies that I had ordered extra as my side very disgusted.

Desired outcome: They need to say the order back to you. I kept telling them two piece fish
