I paid for 18 piece they tried to give me catfish and fries first then after waiting 30 more minutes i got my food with disrespect from the drive thru person i got home and eat half a thigh it was raw and i was sick for two days i spoke with manager was told they return my call nothing now they hang up this is very poor service now i missed two days work from this i deserve my money back at least
After waiting in the drive thru of the Altus OK express-b114050">Chicken Express for over 30 minutes, I got upset and screamed "Where is my food" a man came over to my truck and said "Who you talking to like that Bro?" He just kept repeating that and then said "Why you getting so worked up over some damn food?" He proceeded to keep escalating the situation with more profanity towards me, and when my wife asked his name, he said "[censored] You [censored]." I then went inside the store to get my money back and he again approached me like he wanted to fight me and said "you ain't getting your [censored]ing money back" and then he walked off. Realizing that I wasn't getting my money back, I throw some of the trays across the room and left. When I asked if he was a manager, I was told he was a shift supervisor and his name was Dan. The behavior this person displayed towards a customer is completely unacceptable. He represents express-b114050">Chicken Express and this is the way he behaves? He needs to be fired immediately.
