Cell Cdata signal not available in my area

I have sent numerous complaints regarding the non availability of data signal for both LTE devices and handset. I have sent emails to the relevant complaints department as well. I received a call from a technician at Cell C who said that he is unable to create a passage for us to receive a signal.
He advised that I cancel my contract using my same reference. However when I phone the cancellation department, they refuse to cancel the contract.

    Your company is dishonestly collecting money from me without providing a service. Can you call yourself a service provider when you cannot provide a service. You said you would send a technician to my are. That is also clearly a lie and a delay tactic. You are dishonest. Do you not care about your company integrity? Clearly you don't care!
