In 2023 i paid up my cell c phone contract in full, informed the person who assisted me at cell canal walk im doing this be i dont want anymore debit orders off from my account from cell c as im taking out a bond. He informed me i will still receive all my monthly benefits. I specifically told him that when the contract time is done it must be closed and stoped immediately. So after about a year of receiving my monthly benfits with ay debit order, to my surprise account got debited. I went an enquired and i was told that the person who asssisted me back then did not request the contract to be endes after thebtime lapsed. I said its not my problem, so i reversed the debit order.i the lodged a complaint with no response. A few months later i got a call and a letter from HP attorneys representing cell c. I made 2 payments in march 2025 to settle the acount. Now in 2026 more than a year later nimble group is deading that i mae payment for my cell c account. I emailed them my POP and the paid up letter i received from HP attorneys but they still continue phoning and messaging and its now listed on my credit score which hs been negatively effeyes because of this. I even emaled the same pop letter to cell c to assisy but still no assistance. I want this account to be clses. My credit score to be corrected. Thank to u
