Carl's Jr. review: App not providing me bonuses and perks

I have left messages for two different managers to have Regional manager call me and it has been a month and they do not care about my issue. I need to know why my perks are not allowed I have more that 1000 points and no one at Carls Jr cares or want to take initiative to help the issue. Very poor customer service on the managment part and I am highly upset it is taking this long and no mangager seems to care. [protected] jaime.[protected]@dcss.ca.gov

Desired outcome: I want to be able to use my points on my carls jr app or be compensated somehow
