Don't travel CIA often that's because I hardly go back to my home country, Georgetown, Guyana. I purchased two (2) airline tickets totaling over $800 for my husband and I to visit my ailing brother who is incapacitated and bed bound. Saw him 2+ years ago in GT and he was at least walking with the walker, now he's not. My flight was booked for 7/29/25, was at my dentist office on 7/24/25, a day or two my entire mouth was inflamed with sensitivity when drinking cold liquid, when I'm opening and air gets in the pain is very excruciating. I just want to change my flight to a later date in August, I'm not asking for my $800 back but would like to look for an alternate flight with your airline once my dental issue is fixed. PS: I did not realize that Expedia was involved, I thought I was on the Carribean website with the "bird logo". They are of no help. My brother is a US citizen and would like to come back to the states for advance medical treatment. Please assist on this very sensitive matter. Thank you. Fay Farrier
Claimed loss: $882.82 paid with my CC. I'm a Senior on SS and cannot afford to lose this much money.
Desired outcome: To rebook a flight with your airline that has a comparable price point or close to what I paid. Thank you for your assistance on this matter. F Farrier #[protected]
