I prepaid for luggage when I purchased my ticket. When I checked in they charged me again for two pieces of luggage. Ticket number 106242040500402 sequence 0039 conf number b8kj4n
19 jan 2026 pos to fll airport departure 1010am. There were two charges one for $168.75 and another charge for $45.00 both us dollars. Luggage receipt for charged items 0106 bw 846460 and 0106 bw 846466

Claimed loss: baggage cost

Desired outcome: refund of 168.75 plus 45.00 usd
