bloody mary/hakeem

I had a few minutes to spare before my flight and decided to get a Bloody Mary. Hakeem, the bartender, acted like I was bothering him when I asked for a drink. He was at the other end of the bar talking to customers. He brought me the Bloody Mary, which was overwhelmingly spicy. He was VERY rude. He didn't bother to tell me that it was heavily spiced. I just happened to ask how much the Bloody Mary was and I was in disbelief when she said $15!!! I asked for one to be made without the spices and was told that the only one they served was the $15 one. I am used to being overcharged in airport bars, but the price for that drink is RIDICULOUS. Hakeem needs to find another line of work where he has no contact with the public.

BWI Airport was Deported at the entry

I was moving to US from india on H1B the visa and after I-94 clear, a CBP officer at airport perform of a search on the official laptop in my possession.

To my amaze, it had some pornographic image, which were consider under age of 18 year old by CBP officer. I could not move US

Now 5 year ban has been imposed for entry into US. pls advice how can i get this ban removed. I have a work job starting in the IBM nex week and salary is to high to walk away. pls help as I plan to buy huose India for relations to relocate.

Also, meanwhile if i decide to migrate to some other country, how will they treat my case ?? Which country also have the guest worker middle class like H1b in US. I went school too very long for this headsplit.

    My complaint is luggage handling, I don’t know if you have camera’s in the luggage area, but I purchased $100 or more in souvenirs for my family and kids and to get home to find out, all my souvenirs were gone, is very disturbing!!! I was so upset to tell my 6 year old son, the car I purchased him in Vegas was taken by the baggage people at the airport.

    My flight departed from Vegas at 11:25 am on Flight 788 to Charlotte, NC, I missed my flight, so I had to take a 10:25 flight, and my luggage was located at baggage claim office when I arrived at BWI, that was great…..I did not even think someone would have gone into my luggage, so I did not observe. I took my luggage home, I did not get home until 2am on 9/22/08, so I did not unpack my luggage, but when I got up at 6am to get ready for work and take my kids to school, I was excited to show my son his new car, and to my disappointment none of my items were in the bag; very disturbing! I know I can’t get the items back, but the disappointment on my sons face, was priceless! And that’s why I’m writing this complaint. I’ve been traveling for years all around the world, and have never had problems with anyone taking items from my luggage. I would like to hear from someone in writing on how a situation like this is handled.

    Traveling just became dangerous for me... On a crowded shuttle to a parking garage where I had to pay $10 a day, I was literally attacked by an insane woman who thought it quite appropriate to shove me until I almost fell down. The bus was overcrowded and luggage was stacked in the aisle but she decided I was her punching bag. I kept trying to back up out of her way and she just kept throwing er should into me like she was tackling someone in a football game. The man whose luggage blocked the aisle was trying to move it and she kept shoving me until he told her to stop... you just can't do things like that... no apology. no eye contact. I have to say that I'm almost 60 and she was 20-something.

    Several months ago I complained about the electrical outlets on concourse C and D, and the esponse sais they "had been fixed." Please check this erroneous information. The plugs are there but you cannot plug anything in without it falling out. PLEASE FIX IT.

Numerous items were missing

I was on flight #0041 on Sunday July 9, 2006 from Montego Bay, Jamaica to Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) and upon my arrival I discovered numerous items were missing from my luggage.

Following is a list of those items:

· Cannon Elf Digital Camera (Value $350 US)

· Garmin GPS running watch (Value $250 US)

· Electronic cords (ipod, phone charger, laptop charger)

· Cologne

I have filed complaints with the US Federal Aviation Administration, US Better Business Bureau and Baltimore Washington International Airport.
