My parcel is currently delayed and it's whereabouts unknown and despite Canada posts website suggesting their are several options available to me to learn of the packages whereabouts not a single one of them work.

The lack of communication, Poorly layed out and explained website and contradictory information displayed by Canada post has been the worst experience I've had with a postal service to date, it's an absolute disgrace.

I've signed up for email updates regarding my parcel and despite it's status times changing each day, i haven't received a single email regarding the package after almost a week after it's expected delivery date, I have absolutely no idea where my package is or why it hasn't been delivered yet and this feature has done absolutely nothing to change that.

Apparently I also have the option to sign up for text updates, great! It's a shame the feature doesn't work as despite no issues being displayed when trying to create my account, i'm advised to fix 1 error before I can create my account. The icing on the cake is nothing is pointed out as being incorrect and all my information is accurate so this is again, just a complete waste of time which I can't avail of.

How about starting an investigation? Yeah tried that and what a shocker, that doesn't work either, Despite the website suggesting as an international customer i can start an investigation, i'm required to add a post code for my postal address to do so... A canadian post code. for. a. international. customer.

The only way around this was to incorrectly list myself as a "business" which doesn't work either because it demands the senders post code despite the field claiming it's "optional". Another absolutely dud Canada post, you're on a roll!

Seriously, it seems like Canada post is intentionally making any possible avenue of resolving this problem impossible as nothing works as described, that or their website designer is immensely imcompetent, neither is particularly good image.

I'd be hesitant to order anything from Canada again for fear these jokers will be the ones responsible for it, I feel sorry for anyone who has the misfortune of dealing with Canada post...

Desired outcome: I want my package delivered or at the very least an explanation as to why I haven't received it yet.
