I sent sent registered letters (RN905890453CA and RN912456168) to Scotiaiitrade in TO. I want to copies of the signed receipts that Canada Post (CP) received when they were delivered these letters. However when I use tthe TCP tracking feature the
'Assistant" states that the 2 registered letters do not exist. This is not correct since CP also shows them being delivered on May 23 and June 30.The CP tracking system does not seem to be working. How do I get copies of the signed delivery receipts - I need them since the receiver says they were delivered.

Desired outcome: I want signed copies from both the delivered registered mail that was sent and delivered by Canada Post
