Canada Post tuner

Tunerdepot.com is a scam. This company took $5400 for a tuner download that does not work. Customer service is awful. They offer a no hassle guarantee that is non existant. This company lists no address on their website and appears to be a ghost company. We were out of a vehicle for 1.5 months while the mechanic went back and forth with them. We finally picked up the truck with no tuner. Don't get scammed by Tunerdepot.com

Canada Post Mail delivery

I 'm writing regarding Ridgeview LTCC 385 Highland West Stoney Creek , On L8J 3X9 . Pre COVID the mail used to picked up and dropped off inside the building. During Covid we have been putting mail outside our facility and that's where the mail was being dropped off as per post office direction. Now that we are back to normal, Ridgeview families are getting upset on why the mail is being placed outside with personal information on it. I have added the picture of where the pickup and drop off is happening.

Desired outcome: All we are asking is that moving forward if mail pick up and drop off can go back to normal where the port-person will come inside the building to drop and pick up the mail. Thank you

Canada Post Delivery notice

A Canada Post agent came to our house, -- I actually observed him on our doorbell camera after the fact -- walked up to our front door, and slapped a delivery notice on the door without making ANY attempt to actually deliver the item (ring the bell, etc.)

Now we have to wait until 1 pm the NEXT business day to go pick up our item elsewhere.

This completely defeats the purpose of express shipping. Not to mention we have a community mailbox where the item could be left.

I called and spoke with someone at Canada Post, who indicated that they have no way to contact the agent and have him come by the house again to make delivery. It seems to me this should be something you are able to do.

I am beyond frustrated, as I believe further training for your agents is needed in situations like this: actually ring the bell and deliver the item

Canada Post Xpress post #PG658406964CA, received on August 10/23

I am so disgusted at Canada Post right now that I'm ready to blow a gasket! I sent an Express post package to Milton which was received on August 10th. I paid for a signature and this was supposed to be delivered at the person's door. I found out today this was put into his community mailbox without a signature! When I went on CanPost's chat to complain about their service, they stated they would transfer me to an 'expert'. As I waited, I was re-directed to a payment app to speak to them... and that's when I blew up! The audacity of these people is staggering and I understand why a lot of people refuse to use Canada Post. One word would describe them: unreliable!

Desired outcome: Not only would I like an apology but I would like to find out why this was delivered to a mailbox rather than having it signed.

Canada Post Mailman rude, disrespectful and constantly littering

Good day.

I am writing this complaint because the gentleman delivering mail to our building continues behaving rudely and unprofessionally. Littering, leaving elastics and papers on the floor as well as the walkway and street. I mentioned this a while back to him and kindly asked him to please stop doing that. His reply was that sometimes he drops them by accident. I totally understand, it happens. However this has been going on for months and several times a week. It is not an accident but a deliberate act. I know its personal. I gave him a gentle reminder about a month ago by picking the elastics up and handing them to him directly mentioning that he dropped them again. I guess he didn't like that because the littering increased after that. He is now deliberately putting them in my mailbox. No mail was put in the box, he just tossed the elastic in and left another on the floor and walked out. I witnessed the entire act on my camera. I picked them up and proceeded to return them to him, again. He came out of the neighbouring building saw me walking towards him and he quickly proceeded to cross the street. He looked nervous and avoided eye contact. I walked up to him and returned the elastics. I also asked him when this game was going to end? He ignored me and continued walking away. I told him this has gone on long enough and I will be filing a complaint. I told him he was rude and disrespectful. He didn't like that. We exchanged a couple of words and went our separate ways. I probably should have just kept quiet but I wanted him to know that this type of long standing behaviour is immature and unnecessary. I have never had issues with any mailmen in the 35 years living here. They were always polite, courteous, professional and friendly.

Canada Post Operation hours

For the past 6 months the post office here seems to open whenever they feel like it I’ve been trying to pick up parcels for me past two days and it’s always closed. No worker there. I’ve made 6 trips during the day only to find it closed I thought there is suppose to be regular working hours to be open for Canada post. The post office is part of our co-op store here in Kangiqsualujjuaq.

J0M 1N0 . Even today mail hasn’t been sorted all day again no worker.

Canada Post Mail wrong address

on the 18 of June 2023 Sunday i was going through my mail box and there was our child benefit check, it was not there on the 16,17 but on Sunday 18 of June when we cashed it at money mart,the check had been folded? i did not see who put it in my mailbox, plus we were waiting till 20th,it went to wrong address this happened with our June so called 20th pay for our Grandson who is ASD. Well this morning July,20 2023 we had not received this mail yet, due on the 20th of every month. i cheeked the mailbox, nothing? so the mail person was delivering just across the street, I called to him he did not hear me because of head audio he was wearing.i called once twice and he must of heard me shouting to him while shutting his toy down the third time, and he took it not so good, so asked him about check and mentioned that the last mail went to wrong address, he threw a fit and started going on about how he worked the area for three years and he made no mistakes. basically calling me down, we are expected 20th check today and did not receive it yet? so you can see why i asked him not to put mail or read address at least,i am very sad because of this ,i have clinical depression and lived at address for over 15 years, being called a liar in my own yard by one of the best(CAnada Post of thunder bay , Ontario. thanks for every thing i am 55 years old.

Canada Post Charges on custom $198.98

Why will I pay $198.98 for a shipment that had been paid in us $40.00 plus insurance. The content is only packages of caress soap. This shipment was to be delivered not pick up. The amount that was a custom duties charges is ridiculous. Please reconsider that I should not pay any amount due because this is not an item for selling it is for personal use

Canada Post International registered mail with tracking number

Since august 2022 I have had a nightmare in my life, with physical, mental, economic and legal wear and tear outdated.

Canada Post is charging clients for a service that is not able to provide?

which clearly qualifies as fraud.

5 registred international mail with tracking numbers containing very important documentation, affidavits, ID and other supoort documentation.

The first one from august 2022 the last from may 2023, every single one and according to Canada Post website tracking number option are in transit and will be delivred between 4 to 4 business days...

This is not and cannot be acceptable.

it causes irreparable damage in people's lives and tramples on the law.

Canada Post Priority delivery

We shipped an envelope on Monday July 10 from Ontario to PEI. The Contents of this envelope were needed in PEI asap to support a real-estate deal in excess of $1,000,000.00. It is Friday the 14th and it has not delivered and Canada post cannot tell us the whereabouts of the package. I should add the cost of the shipment was 75.00. Puralator costs 45.00 for the same service with visibility on the shipment from drop off to destination. This is not acceptable especially considering you are subsidized by us, Canadian taxpayers.

Based on our experience through this transaction so far, I would not employ any of the people involved in the management of your systems, providing customer support or overseeing any of those listed. this is incompetence from the top down! using Canadian's $$, pathetic.

Desired outcome: 1. Our payment returned without any intervention on our part. 2. A top down revamp of Canada Post including people, processes and equipment. As an option, outsource the service to a competent provider, there are some out there.

Canada Post My package delivery issue

Hi, I am the sender of the package which was not delivered for more than a month. I regret the poor service provided by the Canada post. Nine of the team helped me with my issue. The receiver needed the packages urgently. I would never recommend canada post to anyone hereafter. Worst service received with delays

Canada Post The pas post office

I have parcels delivered to The Pas, MB Post Office under General Delivery. Most times the parcels are entered into the RPS system wrong and they cant be found under the correct name. The problem comes in that I have tracking numbers for the parcels but The Pas Post Office will not look up any parcels VIA tracking number until after 3:15PM Monday through Fridays. The hand written notice on the windows state; this is due to long lineups. A lot of the times no one is in the Post Office or if its before 3:15PM, even 5 mins. They refuse to look up the parcel. I was at The Post Office yesterday, shortly before 3pm. I was told my parcel was sent back (this parcel was entered as ready for pick up on July 7/23) they wouldn't lookup to see where the parcel was located in The back, nor should it have been sent back as its 15 business days to pickup. I wasn't aware that Canada Post has limited services to parcels for customers and very few hours to do a parcel lookup. this lack of services makes it extremely difficult to do rely on parcels delivery.

Desired outcome: the ability to have the lookup service for parcels VIA tracking number at The PAs Post Office anytime during the operating hours.

Canada Post Canada post delivery

3:16 am - received tracking post that duty or taxes are owing

8:00 am - try to pay on line using the canada post tracking link sent at 3:16 am. Unable to pay - message said that I would need to go to post office or pay at door when package delivered

9:22 am - received second tracking message. Package now has a different tracking number. When I try to track message shows that there is no package associated with the new tracking number.

9:30 am - I am at the post office to pay duty/taxes. I am advised that I am unable to pay. I have to pay at my door when package delivered or wait until package shows up at the post office. I am also advised that the new tracking number is not seen in the Canada Post system.

I am home again by 10:05 am. There has not been any mail delivered.

11:36 am - I receive another tracking message (with the original US tracking number) that my package is at the post office for pick up. I check the mail box and there is a delivery notice in the box.

I was home and the doorbell did not ring. Why did the carrier not even attempt to deliver my package or collect the duty/taxes owing.

With a combination of mobility issues and construction around the post office, it is very difficult to navigate to go and pick up the package.

The bigger question is why did the carrier not ring our bell or perform the service that is expected? I look forward to your follow up.

Canada Post My item not delivered ce987158653us

Ive tracked my item from the us and it arrived in canada may 18th 2023. It cleared customs on may 19th and was informed that I owe 167 which I paid in full on line. Today its may 29 and I have still not received my item. Every day the tracking says it will arrive and then not. No explanation. This is completely not acceptable. I will no longer use this service for my deliveries as both sender and receiver. This whole experience is completely unacceptable and incomprehensible.

I had a package delivered to me and postal worker required id. I got call from my building concierge telling me i have to sign for my package. i wanted the postal guy to come up to my apartment. postal worker refused. i was forced to get dressed and come down and in front of all these people i had to show my ID. I did not want anybody to know my business that i got package that required ID for proof of age. This is totally unacceptable. I am completely outraged with what happened. i was told if i dont come down then they will have to come back and then the same thing will happen, i want the item to be be brought to my door and will provide whatever is needed. if i ask to have the item brought to my door that is my right. what happened is totally unacceptable.

Canada Post Everything

Tried to RENEW a mail forwarding service with Canada Post. Went to the post office thinking it would be the easiest option. After a short wait the counter representative told me that they couldn't help me, that they were having issues with their system and that I would have to renew this online. Went online on my mobile phone and after a number of website errors causing the page to reload and lose all of my inputted information, I decided to try calling them. 3 times I listened to the elevator music while waiting for their "busy" representatives and every time the music stopped I was essentially hung up on, I didn't even get to talk to someone. So getting to the last resorts, I tried their chat option online with my personal computer and after I finally getting through the queue to chat with the rep. this person only fed me some crap about not being able to complete my request for security or identity theft reasons. Ultimately just had to order a NEW forwarding service online and I'm probably going to have some mail lost and returned to sender as they estimate a 1 week lead time before the service is active. Thought about sending a complaint to the "ombudsmen" for Canada Post. The ombudsmen won't do anything without a ticket number from Canada Post Rep., how do you get a ticket number from people you can't even talk to or has a system that doesn't work? Talk about monopolies and competitions keeping things honest. I would NEVER use this company or their services EVER again if I had the choice. Canada post should be shut down and would be shut down if there was an alternative.

Canada Post H & M Order package ID - [protected]

I had placed this order with H & M on the 13 may and it showed that it will get delivered last week. It has been over 8 working days now and I still haven't received my package. Usually, H & M deliveries dont take this long and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service with Canada Post. Yesterday, I kept getting notification emails saying there was an error with the delivery and today I have heard nothing so far.

Canada Post Xpresspost mail

On May 11, I went to the Canada Post Kiosk in Guardian Drugs Roncesvalles.

I asked the clerk, Anna, to send an envelope to my daughter so that she gets it next day. I bought an expensIve Mother's Day card and 4 $25 gift cards for her because the store did not offer the card in higher increments. I sent this to my daughter using Xpresspost, being told she would get it next day before Mother's Day. She is expecting her first baby and she needed maternity clothing so I wanted to surprise her. She never received it. I tracked it and it somehow was in East York and was sent back because thei person who received it rejected it.

This was not going to East York. It was going uptown in Toronto The surprise was ruined.. I also paid 16.39 to be sure it got there next day. I'm ticked off and lost faith in Canada post. I have receipts with tracking number and for the gift cards which total $100. I'm still waiting for the envelope to come back to me

And it's the 21st of May! Maybe I won't get it back.. maybe I will, but you guys ruined a person's very first Mother's Day. Shés still a mom even though the bun is still in the oven! What will CP do about it? It's not fair that I pay for a service I didn't get... and perhaps some lost or stolen gift cards too. We'll have to see if I ever get the envelope back.

Canada Post International small package with no tracking - not delivered after 3 months

Hello,

I have shipped my mother's id card from Canada to Romania using Canada Post - International Small Package option - $17.13 on Feb 13, 2023.

3 months later - the package still didn't arrive. Now, my 82 old mom has to apply for a new id card.

If this service is not trackable and so unreliable, why is Canada Post still offering it? What is the difference between this service and regular mail (via stamps). Instead of paying $3 to play the lottery chance of package being delivered, I was pursued to purchase a $17 service by a Canada Post agent.

Desired outcome: Please refund. Trackable items should have reasonable pricing and this non-trackable option should be discontinued since the service is the same as a mailbox.

I mailed a package from Florida to an address in Collingwood ON. The package was returned with the field “Moved Unknown” indicated. The recipient has not moved. Canada Post Delivery

I live in Ferintosh Alberta and have a physical address and a PO box. I get a delivery from Amazon every 2 months and I have on numerous occasions receive the parcel at my door as the physical address is on the package. The last 4 or 5 deliveries have not come to my door but I have been given a notice card in the PO box. I get notifications from Canada post that delivery was attempted but not successful. Obviously this is not correct as the last one came in at 630am. I have spoken to the supervisor of Canada Post in Camrose 4 times now to try to resolve the issue of not receiving my parcel. I have given different answers every time I speak with her and the last time she ensured me that if it had the physical address on it, it would be delivered. Well that was not the case as I received another notice about 2 weeks later for the same issue. I just want a truthful answer from someone as to why I now dont receive my parcels. And hopefully I will start receiving them again.

Desired outcome: I would like my parcels delivered to my home as I believe Canada Post should be doing.
