Burger King bk app

Mobile app was not working, so I was not able to use my about $3 off coupon on my order. So I went into the establishment and the manager said she couldn't to take $3off. I find that very unprofessional especially towards a customer that's been going there for over 12 years . I have two pictures that show what was wrong with the app, and I showed her as well. But, yet, she refused to takeoff the money.

Burger King inventory

Attempted to place an order for the Impossible Burger just now (Aug. 19, 8:10 p.m. CST) and was told, "We don't have any tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and catsup." I was appalled! How can they run a restaurant and not be prepared to fill a complete order? Why would the manager not pay more attention to their inventory. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Burger King No receipt and no debit card

I was at Burger King drive thru and didn't get receipt or debit card back. Didn't go out till two days later when I noticed my card was gone when I was at Jewels. Between all the excitement of thinking my card was last used was two days ago at Burger King in Dyer Indiana. I called and my card was there. It was a very scarey thing. Burger King complaint

We were just charged $20 at Burger King for 5 items that are $1 each at other Burger King locations. SHAME ON YOU! You have families traveling through, trying to eat at Burger King to save money. Prices, OF COURSE, are not even posted. Will never use this facility again. Burger King...very disappointed to see you be a part of this...if you even know how MHS is upping your prices. I see of all the complaints posted, only one is ‘resolved'? Ours is resolved...we asked for our refund and left. So wrong of you. Greedy, greedy, greedy.

Burger King general

I had been customer of this place for about 25 years and on the last 5 years the place keeps going down:

1.- Soda machine not working.
2.- Ketchup dispenser not working.
3.- Out of napkin papers.
4.- Takes too long to prepare your food.
5.- The place is too dirty and there is food and papers on the floor.
6.- rest rooms are not working.

Now these problems are not all at the same time, it makes me sad that it is a good family place and is going down.

Burger King uncleanness

This was the filthiest and nastiest restaurant I was ever in! We had to clean a table to sit down and eat and the floor was dirty and sticky from where soda has been spilled and never cleaned up. The men's room was terrible and my grandson refused to use it. The bad odor was overwhelming. Never will we be inside this filth pit again!🤮this place needs a deep cleaning and the counter people uniforms could use a good washing also!

Burger King impossible burger

I asked that the burger be well done I like the charge days I asked for the light mayonnaise light ketchup it was a ton of mayonnaise and ketchup in the burger had no color it was disgusting I paid $10 for this meal and ended up not eating it it was pathetic last time I came in The meal was excellent this time couldn't even eat it. I took pictures of the burger and I am more than willing to send the pictures on if you would like me to send them to your number in but can you give me A number to send it to you Please let me know

Burger King overall service within the restaurant

Wednesday August 14th 2019, my son and I visited the Burger King for lunch at 11:07 am. issues:
1. gentleman at counter slow and uninformed as how to take an order (unfamiliar with monitor and buttons)
2. A total of only 4 employees working, one on drive thru, one on counter, and two cooking. Would not normally be an issue, but it was coming on to the lunch hour and the drive thru was backed up.
3. orders took minimum of ten minutes to be ready. one gentleman who had been waiting since we arrived was still waiting for his one burger for over 10 minutes.
4. order was not correct as I had ordered and paid for a double whopper with no tomato, but received a single whopper with tomato and no mayo (dry as a bone).
5. ice machine was reported to not have been in working order, had to get drive thru employee to get ice from drive thru side.
6. no ranch. was told they were out...who runs out of crappy ranch?
7. overall cleanliness of the store was nasty, tables not wiped down or cleaned, trash left on tables, and the flies were so bad that my son and I got a to go bag and left mid-meal.
I am not one to typically complain or even leave any kind of review, but this was a necessary exception. This restaurant is absolutely destroying the Burger King name, and someone needs to address this. We love BK and have been customers for most of our lives, but this experience is a deal-breaker. I will never set foot in a BK again. Please do not send coupons, or vouchers for free food, they will be thrown in the trash, as I wouldn't even consider giving them to someone.
What you can do for us though, is to restore the great food, service, and name to your restaurants especially this one in particular. I invite any higher-ups, managers, other employees to consider dining once at your competition one block away at Wendy's. Please, just check it out, and see for yourself how great customer service operates, as they knock it out of the park, every time. Your stores would do well with this same style of caring.
Please listen and DO something...Thank you

Burger King food

Poor service, staff of Burger King are not responded dproperly. I waited for food for 30 minutes after the order. They said order will be delivered within 15 minutes and food not delivered on time. Burger King the burgers were not “flame broiled”.

We were hunting for the McDonalds in Venice when we came upon a Burger King.
The clerk said we HAD TO order through the automated screen. I made a mistake and ordered a XXL burger when I wanted a meal. I told them I wanted fries and a drink. They then charged me for separate items and NOT the "meal". When I asked to have them change it to a meal, they said that they couldn't. Then I asked them to void the burger and give me a MEAL. They said they couldn't. I had to over pay for the items.
I'm attaching pictures of the place. It was a pig sty.

Burger King employment

My son is an employee of this particular Burger King and they will not schedule him to work. The manager never has the schedule done in advance and he never knows until the day before if he is on the schedule or not. They have a now Hiring Sign out but how can you hire people when you don't schedule those you already have. This is very frustrating for a high schooler when they are trying to make money to pay for gas, etc. He even goes and gets other employees when asked to do so. A new job maybe the answer because it is evident this Burger King does not care about its employees.

Burger King rodeo king burger meal

On August 13th around 9:30pm to 10pm stoped to get a rodeo king burger meal large and mozzarella cheese sticks. Was not offered a recipe get home fries taste like they were from lunch stale sticks were not cooked all that good burger was half warm really slow service hands food out the drive threw window and dose not ask if I needed anything else also burger had a smell to it. Called corporate and they didn't even care all that much about my complaint place is going down the drain stay away from one in laramie Wyoming

Burger King Slowest, inefficient vendor on the Turnpike

I only mention this in hopes that the service can improve in the future. We travel from New York to Pittsburgh several times a year, and the Lawn plaza is situated in the area we have to take a break. Typically we are traveling on busy weekends, but today is Wednesday & I stopped for lunch at 11 am. I high hopes that I would get a quick & hot lunch. That wasn't the case. The Burger King in this location is consistently the slowest, inefficient vendor on the Turnpike. The staff is pleasant, but needs much more training on how to get the food out in a timely fashion. I'm in the food service industry, so I rarely complain, but this site needs help. When the food finally arrives it is often lukewarm to cold, today was no different. Thanks for listening.

Burger King this establishment.

Every manager has been different. And they all always forget something or give me the wrong order. Wether it's a damn sauce or my drink tasting stale they are the worst burger King! I'm so livid I miss my lunch at work so I can't go back they all need better training or shut down this horrible restaurant for good. I'm sick of it being the only close to me and I love burger King but this one is always ALWAYS a bad experience. But of course I guess I'm the idiot for giving them my business. and keep in mind you they are never busy when I go but they always mess up! What's the damn excuse and these workers want 15$ an hour but can't remember one person's order?! That's great...

Burger King burger ordered is not burger received

I first drove up to the drive through and had to repeat my order multiple times. During this period of ordering, the women on the speaker kept talking to other people as I was trying to give my order then repeating it when she kept asking over and over again what I want. I get to the window and they immediately ask me to pull forward after taking my order. Even though there were two cars already pulled forward. I finally receive my order. I quickly check and make sure everything is there. I get back to my house and find that the $7 rodeo king burger only contains only one patty. When it's suppose to contain two patties. Wish I could get my money back for my waisted time.

Burger King onion rings and service

Drive thru, terrible service. Waited in the parking lot for them to bring my order to me. I realize we probably waited because of the fish sandwich. I was almost at the point of going in to get the food, but defeats the purpose of using the drive thru. I took the food home to find 3 onion rings in a value onion ring. Even worse a screw! With breading on it! My child bit down on it, not realizing it wasn't food. Completely unacceptable! I'm horrified at the lack of attention to your food quality. My husband spoke with the manager, sherry, (8/13/2019 @ 4:35pm) at that facility, she said it's an issue with where the product came from. She will file a complaint with that company. They will contact us. I would expect better service and product from a company that has been around for such a long time. Very disgusted and disappointed.

Burger King didn't accept coupon

My husband and I went to Burger King in Shelton, WA and we had an ad we got in the mail that said a triple whopper was $3.00 and it didn't say only at certain locations. We didn't know it was for ordering online through the app as that is what the staff person said. But then we said OK we will order online and the staff member said they don't participate with that. We are so disappointed and will not go to Burger King again if we get that kind of service.

Burger King french fries and tacos!!!

I went to Burger King today on my lunch much break and only had a couple dollars so I decided to try your tacos. Omg! Awful! I couldn't even eat them. Tasted like the taco shell had been a week old so hard on outer portion I couldn't bite it and the filling was soggy and gross like they had been sitting under heat lamp for hours! Definitely not as advertised, no taste at all and inedible I also got an order of fries, see attached photo, seriously not worth my 2.39 for a couple fries. See photo! I did use the drive thru so was unaware until I got back to work!And they tasted old and cold. The only thing I managed to enjoy was my coke! I did not get a receipt at drive thru! I was there around 3:10pm on 8/12/19. The girl at the window was very nice and polite but your food was terrible! Very very disgusted.
