Burger King review: Excessive wait time and no survey code on receipt.

Pulled into drive thru at BK #3066, 2302 N. 21st Street, Tampa, FL 33605 at 225pm. I was behind 5 cars in the drive thru lane. Each car was taking several minutes to clear as if they were making each order AFTER fully completing the one before. I finally got to the window at 249pm (24 minutes later). I only ordered a Medium Diet Coke. It wasn't even ready yet, I had to wait again. I asked for a receipt to fill out the survey only to find that there is not a survey code on the receipt. After exchanging money, I told the cashier to "have a nice day." She said nothing! If the drive thru lane would have had a way to jump out of line, I would have.

Desired outcome: Free whopper as per survey info suggests on receipt.
