Incredible how this place is keeping open to the public is a trash a total trash, I cant believe that I went so many time to this place and every time is worst, before the customer services with the terrible managers and now is manager plus no AC working in that place, no ICE! Sause for my food what a [censored]! How is possible that also in the drive thru I went a week ago and I have to wait more than 10 min and the order was wrong and no ice again, and the manager Karini because that is the name in her name tag, came to me with a attitude scream to me in front of my family and the rest of the people in the place like crazy that if we dont like dont come back, what at hell is that place and that manager I'm sorry but she need to be remove from that BK and the complete company how is possible that this people received training for customer services and they dont know how to deal and work with customers.
How is possible that when we eat inside is no AC, with Florida weather ! Wtf, please this BK must be removed away of the franchiser how the employees with this situation can work like that, under this bad condition at least AC this is Insein !

I have been to the Burger King at 2021 Newmark Ave. In Coos Bay, Or. twice in the last month and 1/2 and was shocked both times. The first time I came through the drive-thru and was told they were backed up on orders and the manager said they weren't taking any more right then. If that wasn't bizarre enough on July 5th I went yet again through the drive thru to order a Whopper to be told they had no beef products. I enjoy your food but guess I will find another place for burgers. I've been stung twice now in a short period of time.

receipt is unreadable
Good morning my kids and I enjoy at Burger King. Lately the store location 16481 has been having receipts then don't print correctly and is very hard to read what is on there. Its been now twice that I've ordered through the drive through and when I get home I have meals missing that I know I ordered. I try to check if maybe the cashier didn't get my order correct, but it makes it now not only difficult to read the receipt that is not printing complete letters and numbers.

I asked for a large fry with no salt On the night of July fifth 2019. I was given a medium fry with A decent portion of salt that were quite stale I threw them away. I had also ordered ranch with my 10 piece nugget and did not receive any. I do not want anything for compensation I just would like you to address this problem. This happened at the Burger King in Windham Maine.

I waited 10 minutes for my food to get placed in the bag and the fries to get salted and placed in the bag with the sandwich once they finally accomplished this unseasonable task I took my order to go . Once I got out to my car I found the food was so cold that I threw it out The time spent waiting to order then waiting for the order to get this was disappointing to say the least .

Detriot mi burger king double charged me 60$ in total i was promised a refund of 40 $ in three days now that 3 days has passed they charged me the 40 as well food was all cold we didnt even enjoy it the only good thing we had was the soda.drive thru speaker wasnt working it took an hour to just order food i been calling the location about my refund but no answer at all.

I went to Burger King on a very hot day and I ordered a burger, fries and a frozen Fanta. They didn't have it even though they have the signs for it. I was upset but I figured, okay, I'll get the new Twix shake instead, but when I ordered it, the machine was down. I canceled my entire order. What the hell is wrong with burger kings now a day?! Every time I come here, the shake machine is down and they don't have a product they have signs for on their menu. I will never be returning to Burger King again. You are turning into McDonald's!

Your chicken nuggets taste like cardboard and I tried your tacos and they were awful...I threw them in the trash. I am not a picky eater and with the chicken, I thought maybe it was a bad day but very time I tried them they were the same...over cooked and tasteless like cardboard (like they were over-cooked in a microwave).

Went to burger king /070/3/19 around 10:15pm ordered original chicken sandwhich meal with pickles. Double whopper meal 10 pc nugget and spicy chicken sandwhich..20.00 and change. Didnt get receipt after taken money was told no fries; onion rings or tots..oinion rings and original chicken waa old and redropped in grease...without having receipt i waa very diappointed and felt wouldve been waste of time to ride all the way back...not to mention didnt get drinks

My friends and I were eating salad nearby one of your Burger King locations in Buffalo New York. There was a Burger King near by. We forgot to bring bowls. I asked if they would provide us with some empty bowls. They told me that unless I buy something that we cannot have bowls. We kept asking. I feel that we were discriminated against because I am First Nations. Luckily there was a Walmart nearby and we bought bowls from there. We should not have to. The bowls do not cost Burger King that much an the person who said no to me needs to be fired. I hope that they die soon. They are rude and ignorant and they need to die. They need go grow up. The bowl would not cost them their salary. They just said no because I am first Nations. They could have spared a few bowls. I have eaten there before and so have my friends. harassing for donating a dollar in burger king, suwanee ga
This afternoon, I was on drive thru at Burger King at 1045 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Suwanee, GA 30024, and the drive thru cashier asked me a dollar donation for something (I could not hear clearly) and I said "Not today, " but she kept on insisting that I should donate a dollar because it is a July 4th weekend. I replied "Next time I will, " I often donate to charities or churches where I clearly know how they use those donations for, however I did not want to donate to Burger King today because she raised her voice and imposed me for a donation. Donating should be my choice with good intention, not compelled by a drive thru cashier even though it is just a dollar. When I pulled my car to the pick up window, she came over and started to harass me again for not donating one dollar. At this point, it was not about warm hearted donation anymore to me, it was truly an insult and coircion. She loudly repeated to me "Oh, you dont want to donate a dollar at July 4th Weekend? Ha ha ha, " There were 2 other Burger King employees next to her and she tried make fun of me because just because I did not want to donate the money. I told her that she should donate to Burger King herself instead of coercing me into donating. I told her that I do not want to be imposed for donation by you and asked her for her name. Her name is MIKA and she was site manager. She immediately started saying repeatedly that she does not care if I report complaint to Burger King. I do not understand why I have be insulted by this kind of outrageous service.

I visited on Saturday, June 15, 2019, before a flight from the airport The employees are very rude to the customers and refuse to correct orders or to provide receipts. It hurts your brand!

The Burger King on Hwy 153 at the intersection of I85 (Powdersville/Piedmont) seems to have no set store hours in the AM. I really love 1 of the sandwiches and if I am running later for work, I like to stop there if after 6AM. Occasionally it is open and most times it is not. It's very annoying. I would like to know what the hours for that store are supposed to be and if they are supposed to open at 6, it would be great if management would make sure it is open at that time. I don't like to complain but this has been going on for many months, maybe even years, and others I know have said to me that "they just open when they are good and ready to open". That's not a good policy and it's not good for reputation or business because money is being lost. Thanks!

Last Saturday on 29/6/2019 i ate burger king at rnr seremban utara.my meals were RM 8.85 and i paid with RM 50.00. The cashier paid my change RM 41.00 only. He never mention about my 15 sen change. He never smile and greeting me with his annoy face. His name was amir ( I don't remember his name). He hand over my meals without my 15 sen change. He didn't show his politeness to his customers at all. Hope burger king can take action on this rude cashier.
