Burger King charged me too much

I ordered #7, a whopper jr. Meal which said clearly on the sign that it was $5.49. They asked if I wanted cheese and I said no and that I wanted onion rings. She told me it was $6.42. I questioned how tax was almost $1. She said that was the price and again I pointed to the sign and said it was $5.49. Someone came over and said that was for a small and I had a medium. I said I wanted the $5.49 one and no one asked me the size. They reprinted it and reordered. It took forever and there were french fries instead of onion rings. Again I had to wait. This "fast food" stop took 1/2 hr. Of my time. When a sign says one price, that should be the price! Plus it looked like they took the burger out of water instead of it being made at the time.

Burger King app ordering

Made an order on the Burger King app at 10:15 was already at the location. When I pull up to the window the were annoyed with the fact they couldn't hear me. Told me to pull forward, was about five vehicles in front of me. When I got to the window 20 minutes later. I tell them I had a mobile app order, this agitates the lady who told the other women who visibly became agitated, 5 minutes goes by they ask me to pull forward because they have to make eggs. I calmly ask her for a refund, explained I had already been there twenty minutes and has somewhere to be. I thought by ordering on app it would be faster, actually cost me more time a bunch of attitude! They would not refund my money made me pull forward to wait another ten minutes, thanks for ruining my entire morning, will not use the app again! And this particular Burger King is awful, been there 3 times in the last month and a half. Last time I had to return to the store twice. Once for missing burger, second time because the chicken Parmesan sandwhich was missing sauce and cheese! I will not go back to this location, and they need a good general manager over there fixing these obvious issues with management.

Burger King service and food

On June 18th, 2019 at 12:11am my order # was "96". I went through your drivethru and placed my of 6, cheeseburgers, 8 chicken jr's, and 1 10 piece chicken nuggets w/ honey mustard for my sauce. I drove up to the window and paid, $16.65. After receiving my change I was then asked to please pull up by the side door and please wait for my food. I did as I was asked. After waiting 23 min for my order I proceeded to look in the bags before I even moved my vehicle to check my order. Upon inspecting my food, I came to realize that my 10 piece nuggets, all my chicken jr's, we're cold and tough, and 4 out of the 6 cheeseburgers had hard buns and no cheese on them. I had to wait for your employee to finish talking with her male friends, who then proceeded to ask me and my associate if we smoked and if we did could she get a cigarette and a lighter in which my associate obliged her. After that we proceed to tell her and show her are problem with my order I even let her feel the nuggets was going to let her feel the sandwiches but she takes only my chicken nuggets and walked back inside and turn around and looked at me after me knocking on the glass door to get her attention so she could come back and get the other sandwiches and burgers so they could fix the problem. She proceeded to hold up one finger indicating to wait 1 min. So I stood there waiting for her after waiting another 10 mins I was fed up and mad as hell. For the wait, the bad service and the awful food and being made to feel unimportant. I had to feed my kids so I went somewhere else to spend money I didn't have to spend and shouldn't of had to spend to get them the hot fresh fast food that I paid you for and didn't receive. So I want my money back that I paid you for food I didn't receive in the way that is promised and guaranteed to me by you and I think you should compensate me with the food I ordered as well that would be a good start for an apology. Burger King french toast

I ordered two 5 pcs French toast for my kids
Got hard double cooked couldn't eat them they was so hard and chewy I spent 4.00 on food no one could eat !
I can send a pic of the hard really dark French toast
I really like my money back my kids was so hungry and I couldn't get anything else cause I had no money left !
They wouldn't take it back cause breakfast was over by the time I got back up there !

Burger King rude customer service 26505 340 patteson drive

I just went through the drive thru at the burger king on patteson drive, morgantown wv 26505, and the person on the headset was very short with me. When I got to the pay window she grabbed my money, gave me my food, my iced coffee. the coffee lid wasnt secured and it spilled on my lap. i probably lost 10% of the drink, I called and asked for napkins through the window and she left. i pulled away with soaked pants. I called the manager at the store and she basically said, "I'm sorry you feel it was rude." Well, this has left a very bad taste in my mouth because once I got home my french toast box was completely thrown in and damaged.

Burger King burger

Good day
Am so disappointed on my burger I perched in burger King Pavillion the burger was burnt it was a horrible meal and because it was so busy and my lunch was almost done to return it I had to eat it was the worst meal ever. If they can advise managers to check on the food they giving us. It really unfair to pay for a meal like that.

Burger King I begged for her to sell me the national promo after I ordered, but she got mad and refused me service

I saw the national promo on tv, whopper jr meal $4, whopper meal $5, double whopper $6. Saw it on tope the menu board on the drive thru. Ordered one whopper value meal and one double whopper value meal. Please pulm to the 2nd window. As I got there she told me 16 and some change. I said, but isnt tje whopper meal 5 dollars and the double whopper 6 dollars? She was mean, she said That's Not What You Said! I said excuse me. She repeated herself. I said but it's on top of the menu board back there. She replied again, that's not what you ordered. I said that is what I ordered. She said no, you ordered one whopper value meal and one double whopper value meal. I said yes, and that's what the promo is. So I politely asked, may I please have it for the 5 and 6 dollar meals. She slammed the window and walked away. I sat there about 4 minutes, she would not come back to the window till I drove away. I was hungry and love burger king. I couldnt eat till I got off work and home after 2am. I even cried about it. I am the gm of papa John's on verot school road and doubled open to close. I dont understand why when I asked politely can I please have it for the 5 and 6 dollars she was mean to me. I would have sold it to my customers. She had my drinks made, my food bagged and everything. I at least want an apology and you cant have someone being mean to your customers. Expecially the ones that love you and are super nice and professional. I dont want anything free or a discount. But I cant come back to your location. She refused to sell me the national promo. And besides that, if it is the national promo on tv and it's on the board, why would you try to cheat me and charge me a higher price? We are looking at it on the board as we order it. We only pay what the menu board says in front of us. It's honestly cheating ppl out of money and price gouging. Hurt my feelings. I'm a soft hearted guy. She was mean. I dont think she enjoys her job. This was at the Ambassador Caffery location in Lafayette Louisiana. I wont go somewhere where ppl are gonna hurt my feelings. From now on, I'll have to drive to Johnston Street or go somewhere else. I shouldnt have had my feelings hurt, cried because I worked all day and I'm hungry and had to wait till 2:30am till I got off work and got home to eat.

Burger King training for managers at corpus chirsti downtown location in texas

Hello,

I am here to place our concersn about the lack of professional manner in which a Manager displayed on her own Employees. I beleive her name was Lisa and with a resturant full of about 20 customers was yelling at per employees for no regard of customers in the building. wife went to the reastroom to comfort an employee crying due to how rude the manager was. We as a customer understood how busy it was given lunch time. the Manager has no business being a manager not knowing how to handle pressure or a lunch rush. Lack of professionalizim and regard to her training showed. Other customers even spoke with the manager and her lack of being professional.

Imediate action should be taken place. that is the reason why places get a bad name. Bad Management.

Burger King double whopper with cheese

I stopped in for my anticipated mouth watering double whopper with cheese. Expecting the usual quality and ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion. Instead when I got back on the interstate and started eating with anticipation, I discovered my whopper with ketchup, MUSTARD, onions and pickles. Not what I was wanting. Really, where was my much anticipated burger?

I went to burger king to get your delicious cheesy bacon tots as we do quite often and we were informed that they are no longer available this is very disappointing my complaint is that you have taken these away I am requesting that they be brought back onto the menu thank-you for listening I would also like to add that the employee's at the burger king on lansdowne st in Peterborough on are always so kind and full of smiles

Burger King i'm complaining about the service I received

I visited the Burger King on Battlefield Blvd on June 11th and 12th.The service was AWFUL!On June 11th I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes just for a cup of coffee.When I finally get to the window to get my order.The young man wasn't pleasant at all.No customer service skills at all.He didn't even say Thank you.On June the 12th I went inside.There was two people working.One person working the drive and one fixing the food.I ordered a large coffee and hash browns.I had to stand in line for the longest time just for a cup of coffee and some hash browns.I ask for my money back because I didn't want to be late for work.I was told I had to wait because the one cooking the food was the one that had to do the refund.I just don't believe it's ethical in that type of environment to have only two people working.They were literally serving the people in the drive and not the people inside.People walked out because they weren't being waited on.

Burger King overcharged

Hi I went to Burger King today and was over charged by almost 4 pound which is a lot of money. I shop there a lot because of my autistic daughter and this is first time it has happened. I was charged for a childs toy and apple juice which the lady was adamant that I wasnt. But I should of only paid for childs meal and pancakes. I enclose picture of reciect and would like a refund!

Burger King customer service

The Burger King in Memphis located at Hickory Hill, 38115 zip code is the worst, The customer service is terrible, the quality of food is poor, the level of professionalism is TERRIBLE. They treat the customers with so much disrespect as if we are not the ones keeping the business open for them to have jobs. They hand you wrong orders, the leave items off your order and when confronted, they have a attitude as if you messed the meal up. They are poorly staff, there is NEVER enough hands on deck for the amount of customers this location has on a daily basis. I will NEVER spend another dollar at this place again. Had it not been for my children wanting pancakes this morning, i would not have stopped. They were also very disappointed. At what point is the customer taking care of and satisfied.

Burger King refused to give us service

Sat at the drive tru speaker for ten minutes, finally went to the drive tru window, three workers were standing there, they said "we are short of staff" they gave us no service at 3:30 p.m. This is a reaccuring service we get quite often, NO SERVICE ! One time they couldn't give us service because they had to change shifts, what kind of business does Burger King running.

Burger King rehire for the summer

Hello,

Although I appreciate an email response at all from filling out the survey, I do not feel I was adequately helped in any way. If you can have someone reach out to me so I could further discuss this issue, it would mean a great deal to me. I have been an employee since I was 16 years old at the Ponderay, Idaho as this was also my very first job. The store manager Christine Razor did what she could in effort to rehire me, but as I previously stated in the survey feedback, her higher up authority who deals with rehires wouldn't allow it due to it only being for the summer. I have never heard of any job, let alone a fast food restaurant, turning down a college student wishing to work for the summer simply because it is not long enough. I am not sure if it is the paperwork this person doesn't wish to do or what the case is. However, me and the store manager both agree extra help during the summer is especially needed and is often when most companies hire more staff because of the increase in business. I value this job dearly and look forward to returning each summer, which to be frank with you is quite rare given the field of this work. I wasn't aware that Burger King as a company chooses to not hire on/rehire college students for the summer as I am sure many others will be shocked when learning this is the case if I do not receive real feedback. If someone could please email me back with an actual response versus what seems like an automated prepared response or at least give me a call at [protected] I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time.

Burger King cold food and rude shift manager and general managers

I waited in line for 20 minutes and received cold food took it in and the shift manager refused to refund my card she called the general manager and she told her to tell me she isn't authorized to do so.they ran out of whooper meat and was very very rude. The shift manager and a crew member was outside on there phones while having a long line inside and out

Burger King didn't receive items

Ordered a burger, chicken nugget meal and 2 frozen strawberry lemonade drinks. They forgot the sauce for nuggets and we ordered and paid for 2 drinks and only received one. Employees gave a difficult time and by then had to leave to get back to work on time from my lunch break. So They took my money and I didn't get all of the items I ordered. And would not fix the issue.

Burger King the burger king on watson blvd in warner robins ga

This restaurant is disgusting, drinks spilled all over the drink counter, trash on the counter and on the floor. I asked for zesty sauce for my chicken fries and they went to the back to get some. The worker brought a box of zesty sauce to the front counter and dropped it on the counter and left. After I waited for a minute no one came back up to open the box and give me a packet of sauce, so I had to open the box myself to get the sauce. The bathroom was filthy, urine on the floor, trash cans overflowing. The food was also over cooked. I took pictures of the mess in the restaurant if someone would like to see them. I don't mind letting everyone on social media know about this if I don't hear back from someone.

I can tell exactly what kind of customer you are. The one that leaves one bite of there sandwich and then complains about how terrible it was. If I was Burger King I wouldnt even respond to this in hopes that you choose to just never come back.
Some customers (like you obviously) are just more trouble then they are worth.

Burger King poor management

Store is located in east ridge tn on ringgold road. Store #2657 @ 6:19 pm on 06/08/19. I had two walkin food orders. Only 6 customers in the store. Manager came out and said to the only counter person to stop taking orders because drive thru was backed up. 6 costomes where in store. 2 under age of 35 and 4 older than 60.
