Burger King burger king

Stopped by to eat in at the Burger King upon walking in there were flies flying around. When ordering the cashier was rude, ex rolling eyes around while ordering because of a large order. No straws or ketchup in their corresponding areas, dirty tables from previous customers left unclean. I asked A worker that just got off shift for straws she (black young lady) said "[censored] it, it ain't my shift anymore."

Burger King everything

The restaurant has flies everywhere, there is a smell by the pop machine that will gag you, no Dr pepper, staff are rude, food discusting, another person came in from the drive thru because something was in his food and the employee told him he would lick his old [censored] and the manager never said one word to that employee.very very disappointing!¡!will never eat here again!

Burger King their phone number/phones does not work. they took away the napkins from the condiment table, so now no napkins. potholes everywhere!

First off, their phone number does not work, you cannot call them!
Second, they took all the napkins away, no napkins! Are they going to take the straws away next, smh.
Third, potholes everywhere, along with the woman manager with a horrible attitude/customer service.
Ive addressed all these issues to her and she just shrugs her shoulders, ill be going to a different one, until resolved

Burger King bacon/egg & cheese biscuits

On multiple occasions I have gone to get breakfast just to be told that we are out of biscuits before 10: am or they have even slipped me croissant instead. Plus I have her (manager) screaming at her employees in front or customers before! I believe the store is just poorly managed and will not be returning to this location! There are 2 other location in my area but I did like this one as it was close to home & new!

Burger King halloumi burger

I thought it would be good to try the new halloumi burger and not only did I get charged for a double and only wanted a single but also it was so over cooked it was like cardboard and I couldn't chew it. You cant be charging these prices when people dont know how to cook it, horrible and I wont be buying one again!

Also when do you plan on getting the Fanta on the machine fixed at the Teesside park one it has been off for over a year and the only option of drink choice is a coke? I've complained about it before with nothing been done!

Burger King food and service

july 12, 2019 burger king on ann street pull up to drive thru was told it was not working was told i had to come inside. went inside and placed my order, i ordered 2 whopper combos, 3 cheeseburgers, 1 doube cheeseburger and 2 whopper jrs and 2 smal fries. when we got home we noticed burgers were cold and had no tomato on either burger had i been told in advance i would not have made an order. i feel a refund is in order. thank you in advance. forgot to mention soda machine was out of soda and machine was filthy. girl behind counter made my drinks.

Did you eat the food? Then no refund for you. You could have returned the food intact at the time of incident and asked for a refund.

Burger King the lack of customer service skills for your manager

On 07/12/19 at approximately 6pm CST, I encountered a very rude Manager at the Burger King on Eastchase Parkway in Fort Worth, Texas. I made an order and paid for it. When I got my order 2 order of onion rings were not in my bag (that I already paid for). When I asked about the onion rings, I was informed that they were "out of onion rings". This was the first level of bad customer service: 1) why are you "out of onion rings?" 2)you did you charge me for a product you did not have in stock? Next came a very obvious question, "Do you want a refund". Of course, I wanted a refund. So, the cashier called the manager. I don't know her name, but she was Hispanic, had multiple tattoos, short in stature, and a large body frame. She came up and asked the same question, "Would you like a refund", and seemed agitated when I said yes. She refunded me $1.00 and some change (for two orders of onion rings). Of course this did not add up. She became more agitated when I pointed out that I was due more money. A verbal exchange insued, and she told me that I needed to "tone it down" as if I were a toddler. She then told me that I needed to give back my tacos too (which was correctly made). I told her I wanted a full refund, which I finally received, while she continued to talk and agitate the situation. The end result was that I left the store with a full refund, but extremely bad taste in my mouth about Burger King. Someone need to follow-up on this complaint, because the manager that is described above that was working on the aforementioned date and time, needs immediate customer service training intervention. If your sales are going down at this location, it is likely due to this rude manager. This was an awful experience!

Burger King taco

This is how they are serving your product it's all over Facebook my wife and I stoped in and was disgusted we could not believe this is how Burger King represents its new product, now I ask you to look at this and tell me if you think you will lose money and customers if this keeps going out the window like this we deserve our money back and a apology for the false advertising you guys are doing with this taco compare what you are advertising and the pic of our first time and last time buying this trash.. thank you Joseph durbin

Burger King employee and district manager

A new location. The 1 and only young girl taking orders-there was a line- no manager no one interested in how long customers were waiting at this New FAST food "restaurant ". I watched as the girl struggled to take an order had to redo several times.either not bright or not paying attention. I slowly clearly said baby whopper with cheese and everything, large frie, to go that's all. Wha? Baby? Ask another girl we don't serve no baby...the other girl smiled and said jr. The cashier again asked for my order. I gave. Asked more questions ckealy not listening. Asked for my name? At a FAST food place? No. Your DISTRICT MANAGER showed up with an attitude. No appology. Only- she's new. This DM has no sense? Never put a brand new person alone on a register. Never a new person alone when she is the Only cashier and there is a growing line. Your Dm Clearly was angery at me the customer. excuse me? The girl asked Again for my order. The amount was too low. I aske for the ticket. The Twit had only charged for the burger! No! No. Refund! I want my $ back! The DM had to waste MORE of my time and get Another person to give refund. This? This is what you consider customer service? A brand new location. Hummn...you would think they would want to do a great job.the line gew behind me as this mess went on and your people continued to be INCOMPETENT. No concern for wasting many customers time. How many do you think will come back? Asking for the name"we want to give it the personal touch". Stupid. Customers at a FAST food want to walk in, order, get their food and leave. No on cares about "personal touch". Your marketing team is stupid and out of touch. Your DM doesn't understand customer service or how to run a food store. Disgusting. I had been looking forward to having a burger place near by. I Still dont have a burger place near by.

The cashier wasted more customers time by slowly one letter at a time hunt and pecked out the Full name of the customer! Yes, yes, the " personal touch" is so much more appreciated than time. It will sure make me want to come back. A person on lunch break 15-30 minutes does not have time to waste for " the personal touch".The place was Hot inside on a Hot dry Atlanta day. Another reason to stay away. Futher proof of incompetency and lack of concern for customer. A new store open less than a week and there is no manager? The DM not watching? Can you say Mickey Mouse?

Burger King job

Worked for store for 3wks got let go because i pulled a car up instead of letting it sit at window so we could move cars.feel I was let go for something I was not told.really upset feel I should have never been let go.my email is elliottdawn22@yahoo.com..loved the job other wise IT was great til this..really would loved to hear back in reguards to this..there is another burger who is willing to let me work but not sure if im aloud..really upset.considering I didnt know

Burger King worst establishment ever

Last night my family and I visited the above location. It took 36 minutes from when we ordered to get our food. Then to top it all off everything about the order was wrong. I.E. my double whopper with cheese meal. Ended up with bacon and jalapeño peppers. My sons stacker meal was short a beef patty. My wife's apple pie was cold. When asked about it they said put it in the microwave. My double plain cheeseburger had mustard and catchup on it. I have pictures of trash left in the dining area. Managers were yelling at staff loud enough for everyone in the eating area to hear. This will be the LAST time we ever eat there again. My meal cost was nearly 50 dollars and didn't feel value for money.

Burger King all around service

went to your burger to order some lunch. before even walking into the place there were three dirty looking people standing by the door begging for money from everyone walking in or out of the place.
After I placed my order of 2 tacos and an onion ring it took them 50 minutes to get the order ready. my plan is to never go to that store again and I will let every person I know about your service. I will plan on putting this information on all or any website I can. your company should be ashamed of the employees you hired.

Burger King unethical behavior

I just had someone go (7/12/2019) to the location at 620 Aviation Road in Queensbury NY 12804. So we could get tacos for our employees and we were told that there was a five taco limit, we when were also at the same location the day before (7/11/2019) and got eight tacos no problem. We are all very disappointed and hungry from not receiving the proper amount of tacos. We will be going to Taco Bell from now on.

Burger King bacon double cheeseburgers

I am at BK often, over 35 years ago BK was my first job and I've loved it ever since. Lately I have been having issues like this...I order a bacon double cheeseburger, I'm happy seeing it on the value menu however I only wanted mustard and onion on it. Not everything else like a regular cheeseburger. I was charged almost $.50 for the onion ALONE and below is a picture of what I got, 1.5 slices of bacon, hardly any mustard and one RING of onion...for $.50 ? That is ridiculous ! Now keep in mind just because it was on the Value menu doesn't mean it was $1.00, it was approx. $2.69 If I'm going to pay over $3.00 for a burger with onion and mustard only it better have a decent amount of onion. I'm truly disgusted and disappointed in this with BK.

Burger King $1 small frappe with $0.30 for whipped cream

You provide a great little caramel frappe for a $1.00. But it is clearly advertised with a whipped cream topping and a caramel drizzle. On several occasions, when I've ordered it, it has come without the whipped cream and drizzle. One employee said I have to say I want it when I order it. I thought that was weird (it is pictured with it), but OK. So the next couple of times I asked for the whipped cream and got it - I don't need the extra drizzle on top.
Today when I ordered it, and asked for the whipped cream, I was charged an extra 30 cents for it. When I asked why, she told me it was company policy to add the charge for it - even though it is pictured for $1 with the whipped cream.
It's a small price to pay - but it's the principle. It smacks of false advertising. I saw nowhere that it mentions an additional price for whipped cream.
I can assume that it was just one employee's decision - but she said it was "company policy", and did not remove the charge when I brought it up.
I'm not asking for any compensation, but I would like to know if this is indeed a company policy to charge more for an item that is clearly advertised at a flat rate for the pictured product.

Burger King worst taco ever!!!

On 7/11/19 I went through the drive thru at Burger King #15760 at 4268 Ogeechee Road, Savannah, Ga. 31405, 912-443-9676 at approximately 7:30ish pm and ordered 2 Tacos. I was order #31. They were some of the worse Tacos ever. There was barely any meat on it, it was flat with some kind of sauce that kept oozing out as I attempted to bite it. There was about half of a teaspoon of lettuce on it, no tomato nor cheese was on it. And guess what? I actually had to wait to get them. Please stick to hamburgers and breakfast. It was only $2.14, however, it's the principle of giving your customers quality food. I would like either my $2.14 back or a coupon for a free meal. Thank you for your time.

Burger King bbq pork king

I went to a Burger King in Chandler AZ today on Alma School and Elliot roads. The picture sure looked good and an online review said it was legit whopper sized. $6.50 for this sandwich. The pictures speak for themselves. I attached your ad and what i got inside and out. You can see i did not scrape any off the bun as no sauce can be seen on the bare spots. Needless to say, extremely disappointed. Not sure i would want a coupon to go back to be honest.

Burger King chicken sandwich, onion rings

Hi,

I just ordered a chicken sandwich and onion rings from this place. Half the chicken sandwich tasted raw and the onion rings had something that looked like ash on it.

I would also like to include that I'm five months pregnant.

When this place first opened, the food was awesome. But it's been going downhill. About a month ago my son also ate some raw chicken fries from this same exact location.

Never again.

Listen to this I started working there about 6 months ago and there is this lady that has been there a long time they say but she is mean rude and she pushed me several times when I went to management to complain, I was basically told deal with it she has been here longer then you! Finally I had enough of her pushing me I walked out and told management I was calling the cops and filing a complaint they TOLD ME TO GO HOME ! What? When they found out I only cooled off and didn’t call the police I was aloud to finish my shift ! This lady has threatened many co workers! Chasing one of them out of BK with knife! She told another girl she would run her over with her car and bury her body! me and several other girls are being harassed, assaulted every day we come into work and when we complain it’s said if you can’t get along with her! Find another Job ! Any suggestions !?

Burger King crispy chicken parmesan sandwich

Yesterday I placed an order for 2 crispy chicken parmesan sandwiches with extra sauce and extra cheese. When I return home with my food both sandwiches only had one piece of cheese no parmesan cheese and barely even enough sauce for regular sauce. When I called to complain she said we were never charged for extra cheese although when the order was repeated back to us they said extra cheese and extra sauce she said they did put extra sauce on there but that was not The case. Also when we mentioned the parmesan cheese that was not on the sandwich she said that they were out of parmesan cheese although that was never mentioned to us while we are placing the order.
