Burger King

My husband ordered 5 tacos last night at Burger King in Shelbyville Kentucky. We got home and I could not believe what I saw when I opened the packages and one taco after the other had some type of mystery "meat" inside it, there was 2 tiny lettuce pieces per taco, and cheese was nowhere to be found. I wouldn't even let my husband taste them, I thought it would make him sick, the way it looked. Something needs to be done to make up for this, it was a complete waste of money! I will include pictures below. I would like to be contacted by Burger King with a solution to this issue!

I ordered 2 single stacker king meals for 2, 2 bacon cheese burger 1 fry and small coke, 1 double stacker meal and a triple stacker meal for my family and myself. When the employee told me the order was done we grabbed the bags and left. When we got home we opened the bags and the 2 double cheese burgers were not in any of the bags. I have attempted to call the store multiple times but no one answers the phone.

My brother and I decided to try these new Tacos being advertised on TV recently. We ordered 4 tacos and drinks. Sat down to eat, didn't even look appealing to begin with, the so-called MEAT filling was ridiculous, looked more like dog food. It looked like a spoon full was smeared on the inside of the shell, certainly wouldn't call it Meat. One taste and said no way, returned for refund. I don't know what you made in your test kitchens, but I can guarantee it was this mess. It would have never gone to market. You can do better than this.

We have been to the BK Tarragona for two times during out vacation in Spain.
Two times, the wopper we ordered was a very poor quality.
Nearly no vegetables, and the meat wasn'nt baker well.
I'm a real Whopper Guy, so i know the difference.
This Whoppers are far Wayne from the standard quality that i'm used to, all over the world. Those where They worst whoppers ever.

The BK on Charleston and Maryland Pkwy in Las Vegas is the worst I've ever been in. The cashier (Candy) was too lazy to open the drawer next to her to give me a quarter instead of 2 dimes and a nickel. They had a sign up showing there were no chicken nuggets. Candy said it was because customers had ordered too many. That's nonsense! I took the survey and asked for someone to contact me. That never happened and I had to call BK. Another lie was when my call was finally answered the girl could barely speak English and I asked where she was located. Her answer was USA although she couldn't be more specific and I have no doubt whatsoever she was not anywhere near America. What a smart aleck. She asked what I wanted her to do and I almost told her. There was absolutely no resolution. The people at the BK could not have cared less when I told them I was going to take the survey and now I know why. Burger King advertises a lot but doesn't live up to a single promise. BK's a joke! Especially here in Vegas.

Fourth time in about month and a half they have not had what I was ordering. How's this possible? You seek food. Someone doesn't know how to take and order inventory. Idk what's the problem but you and McDonald should take notes from chick fil a. They are never out of anything! Get it together ! If there was a chick fil a closer to me I would not even waste my time going to Bk.

Monday July 1 2019 12:34PM Burger King #3419. We had a coupon for Buy one get one free Whopper and their sign was hand written 2 Whoppers for $6, which to us means $3 for our sandwich, but not to the window cashier. So what's up with this? Most people would think the same way we did. They got all flustered when we questioned the total. We paid and left feeling they were wrong.

Burger King years ago was known for it charbroiled look and taste like a barbecued burger. However now the burgers don't have that charbroiled flavor. I see that the burgers are taken out of a plastic drawer. They taste like boiled hamburgers. Used to be so good. Not any more

I go to the my Cobb PA Burger King. Was thinking of trying other locations just to see if it's the one location or if the product has gotten worse over the years.

I think it's more of a complaint about the restaurant it's personnel and unprofessionalism I arrived around 1215 pm and it seemed like the personnel people were in chaos I ordered my things I asked for a receipt they said oh this is the last one they took the receipt roll of paper from the order machine and put it in the to go machine I asked about an opinion about one of the chicken items since they said no whoppers or meats since they were not able to cook because the grill was down and the comment was from the employee that he wouldn't even feed it to his dog. I don't expect this will go anywhere, because I'm sure there's numerous complaints about that location.

Saturday around 3 pm me and my family went on a lunch date and I couldn't help but notice that the general manager having his belt around one of his managers neck all because she wanted to go home and he didn't want to until 5 because I guess he must've been short staff and she was crying I over heard everything I don't believe it fair how they treating the poor girl I believe her name is Danielle she always there working hard and getting abuse at work that's called abuse

on 7.6.19 I went to BK on northfield rd in Cleveland ohio for lunch, sat there until it was my time at the drive thru just to find out that the grill wasn't working when I pulled up to order; no whopper or anything that had to be grilled, well there went my lunch since I drove out the way for that particular BK; couldn't there have been a sign outside to let customers know that the grill was not working. I would not have wasted my time.
