Burger King

My mom and I went to Burger King on the Loop in Longview, TX today. We went thru the drive thru to place our order, got our order, and it was not correct, we ordered 2 of the chicken sandwich combos with cheese on the sandwiches, no cheese was put on the sandwiches (which wasn't the first time this has happened), AND they only put one in the bag, I went inside and told them, and I don't know if it was the manager or who the lady was, but, what she had to say to me, made me pretty angry and upset. She said to me, "ma'am you placed a big order in the drive thru, do you know how hard it is to fill that in a drive thru?" At that point it really had me upset and pretty mad, I told her that if they do not want people placing that kind of an order in the drive thru, then they need to shut their damn drive thru down, sorry for the language I used towards her, but to me, 3 combo meals, and an order of chicken nuggets isn't really a big order! Also, once we got home and my mom took the ketchup packets out of the bag, they were sticky, stuck together and were dirty on outside of the packets (disgusting to say the least). Needless to say, as much as my mom and I like the chicken sandwiches, we more than likely will not be going back to this specific Burger King location. I did make it loud and clear that I would be filing a complaint on them before I walked out. Service there has been horrible, this isn't the first time that our order wasn't right!
