Bad service and wrong order

I said plain on 2 and they still put everything on it, and when I came back I asked for fresh fries to go with burgers and they looked at me like something was wrong after I had to drive 15 mins to come back. If they could just greet the customers and not look sad all the time people would appreciate them even if order is incorrect.

Service was unacceptable wait time for drive thru 15 min. Then 10 min. To window as soon as I pulled up to the window the girl with the orange dreadlocks walked away to work the front counter all the while watching me sit and wait for my order. This is not the only place in my town to get fast food. I will never set foot at this burger chain again.

I received cold, (wrinkled) old fries that were overcooked. The edges of my junior whopper were hard - like it had been sitting too long. I had to leave the drive-thru and go into the restaurant (twice) for incorrect order. They were out of onion rings. Did not get any napkins or straws. I spent thirty dollars and feel I was ripped off. Service and food were awful.

I ordered 3 whoppers no/cheese and a small fry. Your sign showed the bill to be $11.11. I pulled up to the window and gave the girl a $20 dollar bill a dime and a penny. she put the money in the change drawer and walked away to bag our food, and, another girl walked to the the register to give me the change. The bag and change were handed to me at the same time. I handed the bag and change to my wife and pulled away. My wife said "that's not right" She only gave you $7.00 change. There was no receipt in the bag. I have had a knee replacement so my wife said she would go inside to find out what happened to my change. The girl told her our bill was $13.28. we know it was not but we didn't get a receipt. My wife managed a fast food res. many years ago and thinks that money could be pocketed. I think you have thieves working for you and your thieves have my $2.00. We ordered a kids meal for my toddler. They put Jalapeno bites into a chicken nugget bag and into her kids meal! Upon calling the manager, she actually screamed at me saying that I have no cause to be this upset and I was told it is not that big of a deal. My child actually took a bite and was in tears that her mouth was burning! Absolutely horrible management!!!
Order accuracy

I ordered 2 simple meals. Crispy chicken Meal and Spicy crispy chicken meal. Both with fries and root beer. I received the crispy chicken meal and a Fish Burger meal and a coke.
First of all, the order was not correct and my wife said the crispy chicken burger was good. Unfortunately, I could not have anything that was in the bag as I am allergic to fish and could not take the chance. I am thankful that I did not reach into the bag like I usually do and start eating the fries. Things could have taken a turn for the worst.
I have attached photos for your review.
Please note that not only was the order wrong, they had the coke and not root beer on the bill. Please let me know how you will deal with this as it could cause severe problems and health issues.
Double whopper without cheese again
I mean seriously you sell burgers. You should at least be able to get that right. We almost went to Dick's but instead went to Burger King in Federal Way on Pacific. Burger King has always been my favorite fast food restaurant, but I have a complaint about you. I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance about 5 years ago. I have contacted BK a few times about having gluten free buns as an option. (They freeze. Pull them out when needed) You still don't have gluten free buns. Now I find out you have taco's. I was really excited, but... I checked out the ingredients and they have gluten and wheat. Are you kidding! You couldn't even get corn taco shells? There are so many gluten intolerant people in this world, when will you get in the game. I have been going to Chik-Fil-A because they have the gluten free sandwiches and buns, and they even sell the buns separate to me.
