The lobby is a disaster no one has bothered to clean it in over thirty minutes even when the drive thru and lobby slowed down. Employees are either not wearing masks properly or not wearing them at all. Team members are snatching fries out of the fry warmer with their fingers and throwing at other team members. Their is horseplay and lude comments flying around with little kids in the restaurant. The crew is not asking if you need anything else (napkins, ketchup, or onion ring sauce.) A crew member has finally walked out here to clean. Problem is it is just a wet cloth and they aren't carrying a spray bottle with cleaner with them. Wiping table then seat, then table and drink counter. This is not sanitary prior to covid 19 cleaning practices. At my prior place of employment there was a theatre which sank to this low cleaning standard. The company closed them instead of fighting with getting them back into the groove of following company policy. Hopefully it doesn't come to that extreme here. Nothing like sitting in the lobby listening to employees burping without covering their mouth or keeping quite.
As I am sitting here typing out this complaint, I am totally grossed out wondering whose butt was wiped across this table. That is nasty to think they are cleaning all the tables, chairs, counters, and drink station with the same nasty cloth and not using any cleaner. Just the water on the cloth.
Please see if these people need retrained or what. I really would like to continue being able to dine here. But what is worse. I drive for one of the food delivery people and I don't want to think of what kind of illness is being spread to people. How do I know they even wash their hands if they cant use a clean rag.
This has been my feeling of this location the last two times I have been here. Next time I stop in might be the day I go past making comments on the mybkexperience and just call the local health inspectors office.
