Burger King

My daughter started working at the Fulton, Ms Burger King around two months ago. When she started they were short staffed. She was not properly trained. They put her on a shift with a person named Shondra. The lady yells the whole shift. She had my daughter working nine and twelve hour shifts with no break. I told my daughter to ask for a break or quit. Shondra told her she only gets a break due to her still being in high school. Shondra then made a schedule and my daughter only had twenty hours and asked why? Shondra said her parents don't want her to work much and we did not say anything like that. Shondra will bump into the employees like a bully type technique. My daughter has told her to stop bumping into her before. My daughter received a phone call from other employees saying Shondra was talking about her to everyone. Another employee told me he walked out because of Shondra. You would probably have some good employees if Shondra was demoted from management. She is not manager material. She should teach/encourage these young adults to be good workers. Teach them teamwork. Teach them that work can be stressful at times, but it takes a team to pull through. At least be a a manager that someone enjoys working under. Thank you for your time. I just feel like this Shondra is the reason no one wants to work there.
