I went through the drive thru and ordered a Whopper, fries and a mini shake. I was told the total was over $12. When I got to the window, I questioned this and was told there were no more mini shakes and the regular size was almost $4. The manager came over to the window and said she would give me the larger shake for one dollar. I said no because it would be wasted because I could not eat a big one with a burger and fries. A few months ago the exact same thing happened and I was told they no longer have the minis. About 2 weeks after that I went through the drive thru and just mentioned to the girl about how much I missed the mini shakes, she said they still have them and had no reason why I would have been told they didn't. When I tried to explain all this to the manager she kept rudely interrupting me, I finally said 'I am speaking". She walked away from the window in a snit and refused to even talk to me after that.
Desired outcome: manager should be fired, she is not customer oriented and I should get a free meal
