Suggestion that will improve your profit margin and avoid pissed off customers like me. Close your indining operation completely as your business model is based upon drive thru and carryout sales only. To use your dining room is very anti-consumer oriented. My experience today at location in Oakland, MD 21550: Rude dismissive counter service as if I was interfering with drive thru operations. No napkins provided or available. Coffee was served at room temperature. No condiments available. I suggest you simply avoid complaints by simply not providing in store dining as service staff are not servici oriented not even available to replace cold coffee served.. or provide napkins.. salt... pepper etc. Suggest you post a sign: "In-dining services not provided"
I will avoid disrupting your drive thru operations by not choosing to dine in. I don't like drive thru operations. Color me gone.. i. e have a nice day, without me.
I don't think your revenue stream will be enhanced by providing such poor service... bad management decision.
Desired outcome: Close my local BK store.
