Burger King

Came to the restaurant ( Davis-West, San Leandro, Ca ) around 11:20am, June 09, 2021 and was approach by a staff STEPHANIE. Tried to order through my phone app, $1.00 Wednesday Whopper for my daughter and a $2.00 Double-Whopper for myself. For unknown reason, it says " not available ". But the offer says good until June 11, 2021. I tried to explain the issue to STEPHANIE but she did not accept my explanation. I demanded a manager just to find out she was the manager. I've been coming to this restaurant for so many years. We walked out feeling rejected. Such attitude of a manager being inconsiderate is unacceptable in the hospitality business which I also work. So unfortunate to have this bad experience. I am hoping my concern will will be addressed. Hope this experience will be the first and the last. Thank you.

I would not eat chicken at BK s six days a week I sure as heck would not go on Sunday. If you cannot stand on the quality and value of your own product without attacking a competitor why waste my money. I have to add more words to my complaint to make it get your attention, here goes stay out of the gutter, we do not need to be indoctrinated when buying a burger and fries.

Don't know who is making the decision to donate to lgbtq but they need to be fired. You will lose so many customers over this. You have certainly lost my business. I'm sure this segment of your customers is in the minority compared to the straight and proud consumers. Why do you cater to the minority customer base and alienate the majority? Better get your resumes ready when Burger King files for bankruptcy. You should be taking notes from Chick Fil A because their business blows yours out of the water, even only at 6 days per week. People come to Burger King when the line is too long to wait at Chick Fil A.

I have eaten several thousand chicken sandwiches at NO but no more. Since you choose to give money to a radical insane agenda that mutilates confused brainwasehed childfen when it's known a large portion of them grow out of gender dystopia but it's to late for the ones who realize they made a horrible mistake. Unlike Burger King, Chick-fil-A stands for something, it is called values and morals something liberals do not have. If we Christians do NOT support the same sex agenda that is OUR business and NOT yours. It goes against what God's own words says and that is what we live for not what Man thinks. This is a free country and now we are free to NO LONGER SUPPORT BURGER KING. You just lost millions of customers, I hope you attacking God's people was worth it. Go woke and go broke!

Look, I don't care what you believe or who you support but keep politics out of the food you serve. You want to virtue signal, then you can loose a customer. I don't need you or any other giant corporation telling me what to believe, how to vote or how to think. Your "job" is to provide food at a competitive price - that's it - nothing more - you got that?

Your Burger King location in Mesquite Texas located on Galloway near Highway 80 has a giant sign saying LOBBY IS NOW OPEN! It is not and has not been since I walked a block out of my way back on May 19, it is still not open as of today! If you questioned the manager about it they get very belligerent and they are very disrespectful to customers. I am handicapped and walked a block out of my way thinking the lobby was open due to the big giant sign that says lobby is now open. And then today my son and his wife were pulling a trailer I need to get something to eat and they went there saying the sign lobby now open and could not get served. This is not a one time one day thing this is gone on for too long. If you cannot open your lobby quit putting up a giant sign that says you are open. It is a big deal to some people it does inconvenience people and it seems like y'all do not care in any way that it's inconveniencing your customers. I'm pretty sure I was attacked on social media when I expressed my views on it by BK employees. When I mention the fact that I thought it sounded like a Burger King employee because the way they were talking and defending they left me alone. It sure is funny Chick-fil-A seems to be running fine. Their line can be wrapped around the building and I don't mind getting in it because I know it's not gonna take that long but as with Burger King there could be two cars in line you'll sit there for 30 minutes and they act like they're doing you a favor. I believe Burger King has lost all sight or interest in customer service. I have always like Burger King hamburgers but I can do without and probably will from here on. I will go to someone who actually appreciates me and my business. I'm sorry but when you only have one thing to run and that is the drive through and you cannot get that right there is a huge problem not with the customers but with the corporation and the management there. And I'm sorry if you cannot effectively run your business then you need to close it and combine employees into one Burger King so you can properly serve your customers.

We stopped in tonight approximately 30 minutes ago after running errands. We went inside to place order, paid and waited. I received our bag of food and proceeded to home. When I opened the bag, I found I was missing one order. I ordered a 10 price chicken nugget with ranch and received the ranch on!y.
So, my wife did not have anything to eat and too far for us to drive back.I checked the receipt, was billed and paid in full. Really disappointed, probably will not return again. Simple order, seriously...

You have a BOGO... Well I went to the burger king in Shippensburg pa today and ordered a BOGO Whopper n chicken fries.
I did not get anything free unless ur flipping whopper is 8.00 or the fries are 8.00 because that's what I was charged! Where or what the hell was the free item?
I want reimbursed.. Or Free food

I have contacted Burger King corporate about this before and they didn't seem to care. My app sends for a code and tells me to go to the email and the code never comes. it's been doing this for more than a year. So therefore my app is worthless which means I miss out on all their specials. Codes seem to be important but they do not ever come, never. Not even in a week!

I entered Burger King lobby last week, Monday I believe it was, around 11:30a. Since Missoula does not make masks mandatory anymore, I entered without a mask. A young gentleman met me at the register desk and I proceeded to give my order. After I concluded, the associate said "You are not wearing a mask, so we cannot help you." Then walked away. A couple days later, I was doing Doordash at the same time. I received a fare from BK and since masks are not required anymore in the city, I did not have one with me. Instead of going into the lobby, I went through the drive through. The same man told me I cannot get this order, I had to go into the lobby. I just left and cancelled my pickup.

I went to our local Burger King at 6544 N. 76th St, Milwaukee. I have a gift card that comes from Microsoft on a sheet of paper with a long code number. Apparently the people there do not know who to enter this information into the register. As a result, the cashier gave me a hard time and would not take my gift card, saying it was not a legitimate gift card. I worked hard to get this card and every time that I would use one there, they did not understand how it worked! I am getting sick and tired of this happening. Who trains these people? I know it is a long number to enter, but I still should be able to use it.

There is a sign less than 10 feet from the order taking speaker which advertises frozen Fanta and coke drinks 16 ounces for $1.00 .This is the second time I have tried to order this drink only to be informed that it is no longer available .
I requested to speak to the manager at the window and asked him why he did not remove the sign .he stated that he had no responsibility for outside the store .
I then was served by a very surly employee who handed me a Fanta when I explained that I had originally ordered a frozen Fanta but since they did not have it I had changed to a coke . He very unwilling made the change .
I am a fast food franchise owner and understand the difficulty of hiring a good crew . I would however suggest that you train your managers a little better and empower them to situations where ever occurring at your stores . Surly employees reflect very badly on your organization.

About a month ago I went to Burger King In south Portland Maine near the maine mall I ordered a whopper And firstly I was shocked it cast $6.50, and secondly it was cold had browning lettuces and generally tasted terrible, it also gave me diarrhea . I am dissatisfied. I would like a refund or a coupon for a free whopper at a different location.

You have the worst customer service and you don't respect customer.. Customer has no right.. A burgers take more 3 hours.. I didn't receive it yet it's
