Manager/employee working morning shift
Each time I have been to this location I get nasty service from the person working the window. Which so happens to be the same older man . I work in the hospital near by so sometime I stop for breakfast before I come . He is very rude . I ask for certain condiments and he ask why do I want that on my stuff . That's is rude to ask a person and once he handed me my order I checked the bag & he rudely speak out saying your welcome . This is so unprofessional and rude . He needs to training & learn how to be nice to the person helping pay his bills because I don't have to eat at that location or period .
Desired outcome: Free lunch / train employee better

Let's start off with the phone call. I called for my parents because their whoppers were wrong. Manager tried to say they didn't come through. Which they did because the order taker said she took their order exactly how they wanted. I called my parents back to make sure and so I proceed to call them back and my phone calls get ignored. I then decide to go down to the restaurant itself. The manager who's name is Nichole, was very rude. Very unprofessional. And had that awful attitude twords her workers. How can you let someone work at a place that's supposed to be friendly? I also want the number to report her. She should not be there. If she cant be a professional then she doesn't deserve the manager title. Customers comes first but not to her apparently. Basically shut down the entire Burger King including even trying to get a fountain drink ALONE drive-through employee woman working very rude, belligerent, and refused to serve even a fountain drink claiming she was "overloaded" nobody was even in drive-through one woman employee claimed this! Smoking weed with Sarah another assistant manger on the daily being lazy and having people do her job so she can go home in peace, and cussing at a minor making threats towards him, should be dealt with. ( can be seen on cameras if you look at it) they are lazy, unprofessional, and think they can allow them selves more breaks than other people that just started working there.

Food wasn't right and cold
Went to Burger King at 09/27 at 3:34pm on Paul Huff in Cleveland, Tn. I went thru the drive thru and I ordered Bacon cheese whooper, 2 large onion rings, small onion ring, whopper no tomato, and cheese tots. I had to walk in cause they forgot to give me my small onion ring. Got home and there was no bacon on the whopper and our whoppers where cold.
Desired outcome: Money back or free meal
Double Whopper Combo Meal with Onion Rings
I called BK Kettle Street Altoona OA approximately 15 minutes after consuming my drive thru meal. Male on the phone could not have cared less; I was perplexed by his lack of concern for me, I had immediately suffered debilitating diarrhea, no signs of symptoms whatsoever. The onion rings on the very bottom were the culprit, an unusual flakey crispy texture and robust flavor, 100% unlike BKs! They are not cleaning their fryers and I consumed rancid bottom floaters.
I politely requested complimentary meal coupons be postal sent to my residence, to no avail. Associate sarcastically said, well nobody else complained tonight and we were busy, so, it must have been a bad case of nerves, not our food. At that point, I stopped trying to reason with the obnoxious male. Please note, he identified BK location, Kettle Street Family Dollar Plaza Altoona PA.

On your window it says Mix and Match 2 for $6 and they charged 2 for $7. When we told them that said the burgers come in different sizes? When does a regular Whopper come in different sizes? Then they said that's what the computer charges and was rude to us for calling them out trying to rip us off

The manager took my order, was abrupt and rude when asking me for my coupon and then very ubnoxious when I asked for additional napkins. In disgust, I pulled away. It was very obvious he did not like his job and disliked having to work the drive through and then order delivery. Terrible customer service provided at a BK I often support. Retrain or fire this guy!!

Last time I will ever buy a BK whopper, or anything else, you people are nuts to charge a dollar for cheese on a whopper, it is deceptive advertising. No where on your menu does it say Oh by the way if you order cheese we are going to charge extra for it. I waited a long time for BK to finally open but with all this extra charging and the attitude of the cashiers i.e well go to Mc D's if you like, well guess what I will never go back to BK that's for sure.

Desired outcome: Credit what I was over charged
The workers lied about having available burgers after I had just called and they said they had them.
Called to place a order and they said my order was good to go but upon arriving they told me they had accidentally gave my order to someone else and they didn't have what I ordered left. Very disappointing! They also have a different address than the website, the website says 174 but the actual address is 184 on the building. I honestly hope all burger kings go out of business because even when trying to submit my complaint I have no understanding of why I have to make a certain amount of characters for it to go through. Despicable!😡 burger king is a piece of shyt!
Desired outcome: Will never order from that location again.
Online application, pricing discrepancies and store managers
Using my phone, I recently added your app to my phone and scanned a QR code to "Mix and Match" selected products for $5.00.
Using your app I added items to my cart: 1 free Whopper ($0.00) (first time user), 1 Impossible Whopper and 1 Whopper ($5.00 for the pair) and 1 Large French Fries ($4.98). The store I chose was Burger King, 340 S. Neltnor, West Chicago, Illinois, 60185. I also had a Burger King eGift Card that was worth $5.00, so I expected to pay $9.98 plus tax less $5.00.
I waited until I was in the parking lot to complete the order, but when I entered the eGift card number I received a message, "Uh oh, We encountered an error creating your order. We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. Please try again." The only other choice was credit card payment, which I did not want.
I went into the store and asked the manager on duty to assist me, showing him the various screens on my phone. He said he would ring up the items in my cart, but would charge me more than the cost shown in the app. The app pricing is only valid online.
I said the failure of the app was not my fault and he should honor the pricing in the app. He said, it wasn't his fault either and repeated his willingness to charge me more. I asked where his "customer service" attitude was and he said, do you want the order or not. I admit I lost my temper and said he was obviously not manager material and spoke to his idiotic stance (not one of my finer moments).
I then drove to a more distant Burger King at 840 W Army Trail Rd, Carol Stream, Illinois, 60188. When I do order fast food burgers I only order burgers from Burger king. I've not been in a MacDonald's in over 33 years.
The counter person (a young girl) said she could not help and called over her manager and walked away. She then came back and called her manager again. The manager took the same position as the West Chicago manager. She offered to place the order on her terminal for the higher price.
I asked if as the manager she could override the system to honor the price in the app and she said no.
I left and went a sandwich shop and got Italian beefs and fries.
Here is the bottom line in easy to understand bullets:
1. Your managers are not properly trained or are, perhaps, afraid to handle simple issues. As a manager I know they both have the ability to override pricing in the system.
2.You released an app that you admit in the GUI has problems, but did not issue any bulletins to the stores making them aware of the problem or advising them how to circumvent it.
3. On a separate note, though I have never complained, but feel compelled to complain now, the burgers the store on Neltnor Ave. serves look nothing like the burgers in your adds. I have come away from that store with burgers so flattened that the can fit in my shirt pocket. The tomatoes are sliced so thin and so few are put on the burger that you can't even see them. I have seen Whoppers come out of this store that have one slice of tomato centered on the burger with over an inch of space around the full circumference. The lettuce is often wilted and only one thin leaf. When they wrap the product they insist an flattening the darn this so it looks like it was stepped on. I attached a picture of your ad for reference.
It is still tastes better than your competition, but just once I'd like to get one that looks like your ads.
Desired outcome: I am too old to be driving all over the place to try to order a burger that looks nothing like the ad. If you cannot make the process smoother and make the product as appealing as the ad or what it looked like in 1968, I'm done.
customer service
Went to burger king at 2590 geer rd in turlock, Ca last night 9/22/21 at 8:45 there were 2 cars ahead of us at the drive thru. we waited in line for about 15 minutes before our order was taken. I ordered 2 ice cream cones and an 8 piece mozzarella stick. I am rudely told ice cream is not available after 8. everyone knows that its been that way for years. I ask why? I am told rudely that its always been that way, we have minors working, they leave at 9 and the machine has to be cleaned before we close at 10. My response was that if you are open you should serve the products you offer. this young women said her name was Kayla and she said she was the manager. Her response was it takes a long time to clean. I told her that really was not my problem but whatever. At this point i am stuck in this line with cars behind me. It literally takes another 15 minutes to get to the pickup window and Kayla says did you have 2 burgers i told her no just cheese sticks you didnt have the ice cream we stopped for. Her response was Oh, i didnt know you still wanted them. Then she tells me they only have 2 people working and no one cares. complain all you want the company does not care about its employees or its customer. No apology, no let me get those for you, no sorry about the wait. So I spent 30 minutes in line with 2 cars in front of me to have this livid experience. At this time there were at least 5 cars in line behind me. There is no excuse for there only being 2 people working a closing shift, a drive thru should be prompt and convenient not sit in your car for 30 minutes and maybe you get what you ordered nor should a customer EVER be treated like this.
Desired outcome: improved line times more employees working and writing up this manager for her complete lack of customer service and the ice cream my grandkids ordered with their cheese sticks they did not get
Unethical behavior and disrespectful demeanor to women coworkers by men
My wife was being trained as a shift manager at your facility located at 114 west brandon blvd 33511 she was told by another employee that women belong in the kitchen and the refused to do what was asked of him. Went to the Chesterton, Indiana BK at 7:05 Sunday, 9/19. No reply at the speaker, drove up to the window that was cracked open about 4 inches. A young man walked from the kitchen to the prep area and shouted "GO [censored] YOURSELF, WE'RE CLOSED". He then walked over to the window and shouted "BYE" and slammed the window shut. I came back after golf and reported the incident to the manager.
Desired outcome: Discipline up to and including termination.

The store in Watertown ct. is awful. It's disgusting not clean the windows are covered in finger prints the inside is a mess. The outside is so gross. It should be closed down. They never have anything. Something is always broke there is garbage outside ground near drive thru. Looks like soda thrown on the building. In desperate need of a cleaning crew and some attention. Healy department is the next complaint being made

Lying staff
Hello former manager here from the east Peoria location. Unless y'all got rid of one of the three burger meats I'm pretty sure your employees decided to be lazy and tell me they were out of jr meat for a simple bacon cheese burger which comes on a regular burger, not jr meat and proceeded to argue with me. Highly unprofessional. I expect something to be done about this. If I would have done it back in my day id have been fired.

BK APP and receiving my order NOT the way I asked for it!
First off - the BK app is horrible~~~twice I tried to use it for the2/$5.00 deal and both times I had to just drive up and order and the app never finished the request.
Secondly - twice at the BK on CR 512 in Sebastian, FL I ordered an Impossible Whopper PLAIN (I have allergies to Mayo and other toppings) and BOTH times when I got home (12 miles from BK) the tops of the buns had been scraped of mayo - that's how you get SICK! Are you kidding me?
The 2nd time it happened I checked the burgers in the parking lot and brought the products back into the store - the manager never apologized, he just tossed the burgers in the trash and made a replacement.
What kind of (UN) customer service are you teaching your staff?
Desired outcome: I would like a refund on my orders (totaling over $15.00)
