Regarding franchise #5830 Bayshore Boulevard San Francisco. When I was finally asked to place the order from one of a staff of lethargic, apathetic 6 employees woman PRESUMED I wanted a bag and added a charge of.35
It isn't the.35, it's the principle (i.e. you shouldn't pay for something not ordered!) When I admonished her she reluctantly removed the charge.
After that she handed me my order to put into my plainly apparent bag which I bought with me. As she handed me the hamburgers they (2) felt COLD, and in fact WERE cold, in contrast to the frys!
I would be willing to bet this franchise has one of the worst track records of any franchise; they survive in spite of themselves.
I was there at 4:57 p.m. and they had NO customers, this at the beginning of the dinner time/period - read between the lines. I have avoided this franchise for YEARS, for several reasons ; after last night I will NEVER again walk through their doors. There is a McDonald's and Jack in the Box in very close proximity, I'll bet these competitors are eating bugger kings breakfast, lunch and dinner. ADDIOS MoFo's!
