My name is Kimberly Joseph. I am a citizen of Trinidad and Tobago. I came to visit Port St.Lucie to visit some family on the 11th Aug.2023. We stopped off at burger king on sun the 13th Aug.2023 where I ordered a milkshake and drank the entire cup of it when I received it. As soon as we got back home, I started to vomit and got diarrhea. This happened for 3 days consecutive days. I could not even drink water as I used the toilet because of diarrhea or having to throw up. I felt horrible. I took immodium tablets but it never stopped. I then had to go to the emergency at a hospital. I had to get drips and was put on very strong antibiotics for 10 days, which I only took for 3 days as I started to get side effects of a numb tongue, a cough and a yeast infection. I didn't make a complaint since we were just visiting for about 8 days. I honestly thought that I was going to die..and all I wanted to do was to come back home.
We were also set to go visit another relative in Orlando as we made prior plans. This is when I visited the hospital at Orlando since we were set to visit this relative at a specific time also and this is when I could not have taken it any more and was rushed into emergency. We had made prior plans to take my daughter to universal studios but I could not have even gone there because I was extremely weak.
Since being back home in Trinidad, I haven't been feeling myself at all. My doctor also checked me out and I had to get additional medication to boost my immune system up.
Being a foreigner, the hospital sent the bill via email for me and because of the exchange rate being 7 -1 here, it has been a little challenging for me to pay since I did not cater for all those additional doctor bills. Will you kindly assist here please?!
I am in no way looking for any outrageous reimbursement but for the reimbursement of of my medical bills please?!
I will appreciate it so very much. As I have never experienced a case of food poisoning like that ever in my life. I do hope that you can see the honesty in my complaint and not in any way trying to trick any establishment here.

Burger King - Product
Went to Burger King store #[protected] SW Port St Lucie Blvd, Florida 34984. Waited in line at the drive thru for 1/2 hour or more, ordered a Whopper with cheese and fries. When I got home and tried to eat, the bun was hard as a rock, the burger was not cooked all the way and no cheese. I took one bite and it was disgusting. I love Burger King, but that was the worst hamburger ever. I had to throw it out. Cashiers name is Isabella, not very polite
Desired outcome: I would like my money back or free burgers
