The manager took my order, was abrupt and rude when asking me for my coupon and then very ubnoxious when I asked for additional napkins. In disgust, I pulled away. It was very obvious he did not like his job and disliked having to work the drive through and then order delivery. Terrible customer service provided at a BK I often support. Retrain or fire this guy!
