I've lived in Enterprise, Alabama now for 42 straight years and have always been a BQ customer. In the past maybe year or two this franchise has really turned to totally unsatisfactory. One example, tonight we went and walked in to be told the lobby is closed. Door was open, I enquired why there wasn't a sign on the door. The employee said, "I don't know". This was really typical, service at the drive-thru window is very slow, you can count on mistakes. The franchise owner obviously doesn't care. I realize getting employees now-a-days is very difficult but this place ought to be closed, it is a really poor influence on out of town visitors. When they've tried to use this BQ they must get a terrible impression of our city.

my burgers were cold. cheese was room temperature and not melted at all. the bacon was hard as a brick and stale. the pickles were not rotated they were like rubber and not crisp plus had a strange taste.
the fries were rock hard at the ends and room temperature and limp in the middle.
the frozen coke was liquid 1/3 of the way and frothy bubbles the rest of the way and it was not cold.

my coffee was not the usual burger king coffee. it was not fresh and the male crew member argued with me about making a fresh pot. he finally did and that one was not made right either. i asked for another pot made right and again he argued. i directed him to call the store manager Austin and the crew member told me that austin said the coffee is fine and to kick me out of i cause any problems.
i have worked at this location for over 2 years a few years ago when austin was the store manager and i am confused why he treated me this way because i was a good employee that put in alot of over time and worked at other burger king locations to help out.
my iq is very high. i am a super genius. i took my sats at clayton prepatory college school and scored 1600. i completed the sat in 1 hour and i did not study for the sat either. i would have scored higher if that was possible. i did not want a managemeny position because i felt that austin was not professional enough and just wanted to play games at work.
during my coffee visit the argumenative associate locked all 3 doors at 18:40 when i was outside drinking the coffee. he did not tell me that he was locking the doors and i had to use the bathroom a few minutes later. i also wanted a cup of ice and a fresh refill on my coffee.
i am Native Ameri and Irish. Possibly Jewish I am sure and waiting for my FBI blood results to come back.
i did not cause any problems or trouble. i am from detroit michigan and lived in blairsville since 1999. i am 40 years old, i look 30 years old and i am very beautiful. i feel that i did not deserve this treatment and i am upset about these 2 experiences.
i visited this location on one prior occasion in the last 3 years and my experience was distasteful and offensive as well. my 20 year old biological daughter also works for burger king in the past and she wasnt treated right as well. her fiancee and my granddaughters father kevin miller is a store manager in sylva north carolina and i feel that he does good work as far as i am aware from being a customer when he worked at the blairsville location. my daughter also did good work but manager Megan gave myself and my daughter too much grief. megan is lazy and sat outside smoking cigatettes with her friends during all of my shifts and stayed outside. megan for sure needs to be fired immediately along with the other male crew member.
yesterday during my visit the crew members were not dressed to policy. a lot of greasy hair, facial hair, no hats and shirts untucked.

I went through the drive thru at the below location. I ordered 1 - Large Sprite. When I got to the window, the lady took my card & handed me a bag of food. I told her no, I only ordered a large sprite. She said - don't worry it was the same price.
I just checked my bank account, see attached screenshot. I was charged $5.09. Is that the correct price for a Large Sprite? Please advise.

Over charged on Receipt
We ordered 2 CMSM FRENCH TOAST 2 ORDERS AT 6.79 EACH TOTALS $13.58, charged $14.18 a difference of $0.60. When approaching the teller, the gentleman went to the back two times and finally return saying there's not we can do that's how the machine calculated, thus refusing to change/correct the bill. If this is the case, one must question how many more people are getting ripped off. transaction ID: [protected]-020225. Total bill came to $15.03, should have been $14.40

The food was cold and hard the the receipt you couldn't read to do survey couldn't see no numbers on my receipt to do survey for a free whopper and its not the first time the employers always rude
Very poor food prep
I ordered for delivery on 8/10/2022 from Burger King at 3130 US-27 Sebring Fl 33870 2:24 pm check # 510001. It was a Chicken Combo with Onion Rings & Diet Soda also a Cheeseburger with only Cheese. My Son and I have not been to this Burger King in over a year or more. We started going to the other one further away and never disappointed by their service or food prep. Thinking that the service at this Burger King at 3130 US-27 Sebring Fl 33870 would have gotten better since not ordering from them in a while, but I WAS WRONG. I got my Chicken sandwich the whole Chicken Sandwich was microwaved it was like eating a very sloppy Taco. Mayo was running down the sides of my hands after two bites I threw it away. The Soda was not Diet so I could not drink it. This Burger King needs to be closed down fire everyone even the Managers and train new people the right way. So, I am glad I listened to the customers from this Burger King in telling me DO NOT EAT HERE.

Ordered never recieved
I placed order through Skip the Dish. My location is Ingersoll and is new. It took me contacting skip the dish to get the phone number for the Burger King my order went through. The store says they never received the order and skip the dish says they sent it to the store. Because breakfast was over my order couldn't be fulfilled. I get a refund from skip but the response I got from the store was basically I'm sorry but nothing they could do and were not willing to work with me to correct the problem.

08 08 22, 0905 hrs. I stopped at BK #565 in Toledo, Ohio. Ordered a Jr. Burrito as I do several times a month at this store and have never had a problem. I drove home 4 miles and opened the bag to find a severely over cooked Jr. Burrito that the wrapper was stuck to. I removed the wrapper and let the remains sit for 5 minutes to cool. Most of the burrito was stuck to the wrapper and when I looked at the filling-meat, potato, I see no cheese. I think the Jr. Burrito is the best of all the fast food burritos. It is a good food value and the price is right.
I tried to fill out the questionnaire on the back of my receipt twice. At the end of the questions the website gets stuck and won't go on after I state my experience. I am not a complainer and if I could unwrap the burrito without destroying it I would overlook it being overcooked and no cheese inside.
Desired outcome: Ticket for a Jr Burrito or a refund.

On August 7, 2022, at approximately 4pm MST, I purchased food at the Burger King 12473 in Columbia Falls MT, the female employee at the drive up window did not return my card or provide me with a receipt, there was no receipt in the bag or attached to the bag, immediately after handing the employee my card, they said, "they are getting rid of your sandwich", I was distracted by this and didn't understand why I was being told this, then they went on to highlight how moist the sandwich was, that I needed to keep buying them, then another male employee walked up behind her and said the same thing about the sandwich, when I remove my card from my wallet, I place my wallet on the seat next to me and immediately after having my card returned I place it back in my wallet , I"ve done this for years to make sure it's not lost or misplaced, this morning when I went to purchase groceries, my card was missing, I immediately blocked the card and no am facing a serious inconvenience, I now have to go online and change all of my automatic debit accounts because this card is no longer valid, I think I'm sure your employees are trained to return a customers card along with the receipt immediately upon completing the transaction, this didn't happen, the employee went into some sales pitch but did not return my card, in reflection, this seem odd and possibly an intentional act of distracting a customer in order to retain their card some some criminal purpose, I had to leave a message at the Burger King because no one answered the phone, I feel this was not a mistake, I'm asking for an investigation into this place to see if additional complaints have been filed and if there is some criminal activity occurring where debit and credit cards are not being returned, you can reply to this email at [protected]@yahoo.com or contact me at [protected], the inconvenience of having to change all my accounts now is costly, I run a small business and don't have time to waste updating all my business accounts because of what has happened, Thank you for your assistance, Michael Bennett PO Box 611, Choteau MT, 59422

I went to burger King in rivonia center, where there is kfc pizza hut and tiger wheel. To my entrance the shop was dirty, when I got to the tills I stood there and no one attended to me no one seemed to care I was there until I left, they didn't even bother when I left. I don't know if they short staffed or what as hungry as I was. The experience was terrible, I'm a Mcdonald fan but someone told me to try burger King it's nice. Chicken sandwich
I went to Burger King #7558, I order a #9 crispy chicken sandwich minus lettuce, what I got was a regular chicken sandwich with a little bit of mayo on it, no tomato like it states it is supposed to have, but needless to say it wasn’t even what I ordered and I wasn’t told that it was replaced for whatever reason. I will NEVER eat at Burger King again!
