Burger King review: WC hygiene

I visited this store yesterday (08/08/2022) for lunch.

I firstly visited the male WC, and this facility was unfit for human use. One cubicle had human excrement piled up in a disgustingly filthy wc with dried excrement around the seat. Flies everywhere and generally filthy throughout. The other cubicle was also filthy with a disgusting wc seat and filthy wc pan. The smell was undescribably vile.

I tried the disabled WC as an alternative and the WC bowl had excrement everywhere and was filthy.

I have never seen a WC facility in such an unhygienic state in the uk before and this turned my stomach.

I reported this to the manager but the state these facilities were in was not recent but a build up over time.

Please inspect ASAP

I have reported this to the local environmental health and food standards agency.

This is an unacceptable lack of basic hygiene and sanitary cleaning requirements.
