That recognition of a bag of [censored] is a slap in the face! How about a substantial raise? A bonus? Something monetary.
Corporate greed disgusts me (I'm a registered republican) and I no longer will be a Burger King customer going forward.

I wanted to make an apology for my last email response to Mr. Ford's article.
I did not realize that Mr. Ford received full benefits from the union at this location. Benefits like he is receiving are very important and I applaud this company for that.
I still say, what Mr. Ford received - probably from the staff - should've been from corporate instead and it would've been nice to see some kind of bonus.

No lights on building
I live very close to the Spanaway, Washington Burger King on 167th st S. And Pacific avenue. For several nights, they have not had any outside lights on, showing that they are open for business. Is this a tactic to discourage business? Or are they just lazy or tired? Either way, this is no way to successfully run a restaurant... I have called the restaurant with my concerns in the past, speaking to the manager, who said she forgot to turn on store lights. But this has not improved.
Desired outcome: Educate your restaurant managers to TURN THE LIGHTS ON OUTSIDE every evening to encourage business.
15 minute to get onion ring order!
This evening on My way home I stopped to pickup Burger King. I ordered two whopper 1orginal 1 impossible medium fries onion rings. I was in the drive thru so all except the onion rings was ready so I pull over to the side. I waited and waited and waited as My Food got cold. 15 minutes I guessed they remembered My Onion Rings. Well they were hot but everything else was cold. All I got was Sorry! I have noticed lately that good service at fast food places is second to the socializing among the employees or they just don't give a hoot about doing their jobs including the Managers. I also didn't receive a receipt! Just for you to know the place was not busy I was the only customer at the drive thru! I am a senior citizen on disability $20 is not easy to spend but every once in a while I like a treat, this turned into a disaster!
Desired outcome: I would like a refund but don't know the exact amount because I didn't receive a receipt. I think it was around $19. and change so guess????????

Drive thru service
The drive thru service from the time it takes someone to acknowledge you at the menu board, to the wait time in line to get to the window is consistently slow. I have received as well as friends have received the wrong order. Including today, my 81-year old mother had to wait a lengthy period of time in line to place her order. When she finally made it to the window the employee still had the wrong order. It is totally unacceptable that the quality of service at this store at 1701 E. 95th Street Chicago, IL is poor consistently.
Please do better.

Incorrect order
This morning, June 21, 2022, I went through the drive through on North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida, at 7:04 AM. I ordered a No. 8 (Sausage, cheese and egg, biscuit, hash rounds and a large coffee ($8.70). I got to my designation and opened the biscuit sandwich and it was a sausage biscuit! I have been trying to call the store since 7:30 AM and the phone just rings...no one answers! I have no alternative than to contact you and see what can be done about the screwed up order! Today I purchased a large Whopper meal for $10.59, I am 68 years old and have been going to Burger King #700 for years, (1010 Merritt Boulevard). When I pulled up to the window for my meal, I asked for sweet& sour sauce for my fries because I didn't receive any ketchup or sauce with my meal and was told that it would cost me an additional 16 cents if I wanted it, which I declined. And that is what I cannot believe, things have gotten so bad for Burger King that I pay $10.59 for a Whopper meal without ketchup and ask for sweet-sour sauce and your company wants another 16 cents for a condiment. Whatever the reason, this is a practice that will lose customers and I will be one who will not buy from B.K. again and will bring this issue up every time someone mentions B.K. The employee was 531640 and the order # was 441525, This may be a new policy, but you have lost a long-time customer and I have a feeling many more will visit other fast-food establishments rather than pay for condiments that should be offered with the meal. Worst Burger King of ever been to, two native American women both in the back customers coming in but left because nobody at the counter. I was sitting there eating my breakfast sandwich. Sandwich was horrible. Dryed out and hard. They had over 13 sandwich s that are premade. No customers! Would you like a dried out Sandwich? Potatoes were like hockey pucks. I complained and the younger women says there usually darker or harder. I told her that I'm a senior and I can't eat hard stuff like this. So she made me a fresh bag of tater tots. Will never go to a burger king at the airport. My food is suppose to be fresh and edible. I bought a meal with a coffee and my receipt showed soda, did I pay extra for this mistake?

No adequate air conditioning, no news media on the screens, and apparently no proper customer service. There wasn't anyone in the dining room, and the humidity was stifling. I almost had a heat stroke but the people waited on me, acting very unprofessional, and rude, repeating my order several times, too bad I didn't have a body cam to record it and share how hateful some people get, some complained about the low pay, and constant quitting, of staff. Some went to a rival burger store to get food, made me wish to go to Sonic instead! But Sonic food sucks worse! I should've gone to Taco Bell! Or Jack in the BOX! If you are in Stephenville, don't go to this Burger King, the new store by a Ford Dealership... I didn't see any managers on duty, ran by rude attitude people...
