i have drove to burger king on my lunch time, placed an order for a burger, when i get to the office its not want i want and its 20km away from my workplace, i then called and the atteded was rude making me feel stupid.
Desired outcome: they owe me an apology and i did not even eat that because its something i did not buy
No lights on building
I live very close to the Spanaway, Washington Burger King on 167th st S. And Pacific avenue. For several nights, they have not had any outside lights on, showing that they are open for business. Is this a tactic to discourage business? Or are they just lazy or tired? Either way, this is no way to successfully run a restaurant... I have called the restaurant with my concerns in the past, speaking to the manager, who said she forgot to turn on store lights. But this has not improved.
Desired outcome: Educate your restaurant managers to TURN THE LIGHTS ON OUTSIDE every evening to encourage business.
15 minute to get onion ring order!
This evening on My way home I stopped to pickup Burger King. I ordered two whopper 1orginal 1 impossible medium fries onion rings. I was in the drive thru so all except the onion rings was ready so I pull over to the side. I waited and waited and waited as My Food got cold. 15 minutes I guessed they remembered My Onion Rings. Well they were hot but everything else was cold. All I got was Sorry! I have noticed lately that good service at fast food places is second to the socializing among the employees or they just don't give a hoot about doing their jobs including the Managers. I also didn't receive a receipt! Just for you to know the place was not busy I was the only customer at the drive thru! I am a senior citizen on disability $20 is not easy to spend but every once in a while I like a treat, this turned into a disaster!
Desired outcome: I would like a refund but don't know the exact amount because I didn't receive a receipt. I think it was around $19. and change so guess????????

Drive thru service
The drive thru service from the time it takes someone to acknowledge you at the menu board, to the wait time in line to get to the window is consistently slow. I have received as well as friends have received the wrong order. Including today, my 81-year old mother had to wait a lengthy period of time in line to place her order. When she finally made it to the window the employee still had the wrong order. It is totally unacceptable that the quality of service at this store at 1701 E. 95th Street Chicago, IL is poor consistently.
Please do better.

When I started it took me 4 weeks to get my payc. My pay was automatically sent to a direct deposit. No paycheck stub. To get the stub I'd have to jump through hoops. So finally I quit. I believe I'm still short a paycheck. Springville Al.

Incorrect order
This morning, June 21, 2022, I went through the drive through on North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida, at 7:04 AM. I ordered a No. 8 (Sausage, cheese and egg, biscuit, hash rounds and a large coffee ($8.70). I got to my designation and opened the biscuit sandwich and it was a sausage biscuit! I have been trying to call the store since 7:30 AM and the phone just rings...no one answers! I have no alternative than to contact you and see what can be done about the screwed up order! Today I purchased a large Whopper meal for $10.59, I am 68 years old and have been going to Burger King #700 for years, (1010 Merritt Boulevard). When I pulled up to the window for my meal, I asked for sweet& sour sauce for my fries because I didn't receive any ketchup or sauce with my meal and was told that it would cost me an additional 16 cents if I wanted it, which I declined. And that is what I cannot believe, things have gotten so bad for Burger King that I pay $10.59 for a Whopper meal without ketchup and ask for sweet-sour sauce and your company wants another 16 cents for a condiment. Whatever the reason, this is a practice that will lose customers and I will be one who will not buy from B.K. again and will bring this issue up every time someone mentions B.K. Worst Burger King of ever been to, two native American women both in the back customers coming in but left because nobody at the counter. I was sitting there eating my breakfast sandwich. Sandwich was horrible. Dryed out and hard. They had over 13 sandwich s that are premade. No customers! Would you like a dried out Sandwich? Potatoes were like hockey pucks. I complained and the younger women says there usually darker or harder. I told her that I'm a senior and I can't eat hard stuff like this. So she made me a fresh bag of tater tots. No adequate air conditioning, no news media on the screens, and apparently no proper customer service. There wasn't anyone in the dining room, and the humidity was stifling. I almost had a heat stroke but the people waited on me, acting very unprofessional, and rude, repeating my order several times, too bad I didn't have a body cam to record it and share how hateful some people get, some complained about the low pay, and constant quitting, of staff. Some went to a rival burger store to get food, made me wish to go to Sonic instead! But Sonic food sucks worse! I should've gone to Taco Bell! Or Jack in the BOX! If you are in Stephenville, don't go to this Burger King, the new store by a Ford Dealership... I didn't see any managers on duty, ran by rude attitude people...

I get an email from BK. Subject matter was thirst for speed. Play the game one some points claimed my prize. Ordered some other stuff through the app. When I try to finish the purchasing process through the app, the BK app developers in error. Even went to the BK restaurant where I place the order to be picked up and I got nothing. I can’t even connect to the BK Wi-Fi at that location either. So what’s going on with the BK app? And what’s going on with the Wi-Fi at the BK restaurants? Do I still have my food order or not. Because this is not the first time this has happened.

Enterprise alabama burger king
Somebody from your corporate needs to check out the burgerking in enterprise, Alabama. For a very long time the place has been a [censored] hole. It takes over an hour everytime you go though the drive though. Employees act like they don't care. I see friends of employees cut drive through line before. It's been like this for years. Management is poor and most of your new items are not made properly. Worst reputation in town and I have lived here in enterprise for over 30 years. Please investigate.

Two whopper’s.
I don’t like too complain, but their is a large problem at your Calumet Michigan Store!
On May 19, 2022, I ordered two Whopper’s with bacon, and no lettuce or onions at the drive through. The young lady repeated my order back to me as always! This is the third time in a row that this has happened at the Burger King in Calumet Michigan. The burgers are cold as well. Plus, I am never provided with a receipt for the order! These two whopper’s cost me over $16. What is up with that price?
This is what I suspect is going on.
I believe you my have a number ex-prison workers at this store that take serving the public lightly. I believe they are pre-making the burger’s, and through the bacon on at the last, and don’t care if the customer ordered them without lettuce,or onions! Plus, I believe they are pocketing the over charged order money. Before I was given my order at the window, the lady was asking for a calculator, saying she could not do the math! 🤔😳 Why is this the case, when you already have a cash register! I eat at burger sometimes more than three times a month, and have loved it since I was a child! This is over a 20 mile round trip from my home.
Please let me know that you have investigated your store in Calumet Michigan, and have got it back on track for Burger Kind standard’s that I expect across the country!
