I went to a Burger King today at around 3:45pm the date is August 13th, 2022, I was going through the drive through looking to order something for lunch when I ordered my meal I ordered a Jr, Chicken sandwich, A vanilla smoothie, and a value Fries. When I pulled up to the window the Employee was on some sort of drugs I told him he messed my order up and I wanted a refund or I would call the cops because this employee made me nervous he then proceeded to throw my visa at me and got and just stood there while I told this employee how disrespectful and how much disrespect he has for the companies customers he processed to get his manager I spoke with him and he said that the he didn’t charge my card and I tried to emphasize with the manager who than asked me to leave and I said “thank you goodbye.”
Desired outcome: Refund if I am charged and a apology from the character who through my visa at me and smiled in my face when I told him that he had messed my order up.
